Ingredients: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter. Graham crackers, for dipping.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Melt the unsalted butter in a baking dish or skillet that is ovensafe over low heat. Spread the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly across the skillet or dish after the butter has melted. After the chocolate chips, arrange the mini marshmallows on top. After preheating the oven, put the skillet or dish inside and bake for ten to twelve minutes, or until the marshmallows are bubbly and golden brown. Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Graham crackers are served alongside the Easy S'mores Dip for dipping. Have fun!

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup honey. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar and honey in a different large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture until everything is well mixed together. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Place spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, making sure there is enough space between each cookie. When the edges are golden brown, it's done baking. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. This is a hearty and comforting dish with mashed potatoes and savory beef mince cooked in a rich tomato-based sauce.
Ingredients: 500g beef mince. 2 large potatoes. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 carrot, diced. 1 celery stalk, diced. 1 cup beef broth. 2 tbsp tomato paste. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: Cut potatoes into small cubes after peeling them. Boil until soft. Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Put in the garlic and onion, and cook until the onion is clear. Put in the beef mince and cook until it turns brown. Add the celery and carrot and cook for another two to three minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper, and mix them in. Add the beef broth and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce gets thick. Add salt and pepper to taste and mash the boiled potatoes. Put the beef mix on top of mashed potatoes.

Instructions: Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and let them cool. In a separate pot, place the eggs in cold water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Then, peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs. In a skillet, cook the diced pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, chopped hard-boiled eggs, crispy pancetta, and frozen peas. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, and chopped fresh chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the vegetable oil, water, and egg. Mix everything together well. In the bottom of each cupcake liner, put an Oreo cookie. Cover every Oreo cookie with brownie batter by spooning it on top of it. Bake in an oven that has already been heated for the amount of time that the brownie mix says to, which is usually between 20 and 25 minutes. Put a toothpick into the brownie-covered Oreos to see if they are done. They're done if it comes out with a few wet crumbs. As soon as you take the Brownie Covered Oreos out of the oven, set them aside for a few minutes to cool. Put the Brownie Covered Oreos on a wire rack to cool down completely. Serve and have fun!
