Listen. I love a good text fic. And lately there have been just, so many good ones I have stumbled upon. Most of these will be wolfstar focused, some with background Jily, and some that are Jegulus focused/background wolfstar. What I’m saying is, there is a little something for everyone that follows me! I’m fine with the whole “straight people shouldn’t sexualize/ fetishize gay people” brigade, like that’s fair and all, but it can coexist with the idea that straight people can make gay characters and LGBT content. 

Like if you wanna live in a world where content creators only ever make stories about their own demographic…congrats you already live in one! 

It’s called Straight White Male is the center of the universe.

And it sucks. 

Let straight men and women write gay content as long as it’s respectful. And yeah, sure, maybe you suspect it’s cuz they think it’s hot…but what, you never read some kinky problematic gay shit written by gay men, for gay men?

Are lesbians allowed to write problematic fetish stuff simply because it’s hot?

Or are you, casual observer, so morally upright that all your porn tastes reflect your refined political opinion? 

I’m just saying. 

There are shitty straight men out there writing predatory lesbian stories, and fuck them, but then there are straight female and male content creators who write LGBT stories, yes, because maybe they have that specific interest, but as long as they do it without relying on gross stereotypes of the past and actually bother giving their lgbt characters and themes real thought, then let them do it.

Stop making every content creator self identify before you think about cancelling them.
