I was rewatching Gravity Falls and I notice that younger Fiddleford from the episode "Society of the Blind Eye" sounds familiar. I checked who voiced him in polish dub and it turns out it was the same guy who voiced Ice King/ Simon Petrikov from Adventure Time (Wojciech Paszkowski).

I find this interesting, considering how similar the backstories of these characters are. Both of them were scientists, that lost their sanity and memory because of specific object/action (overusing memory gun/ crown), but eventually regain their memory and sanity.

Also in both of these characters we find out about their past via watching a video.
