British accent
None of me or my husband are British but we've been watching Ted Lasso a lot lately and mama have been obsessed with Hannah Waddingham (aka Rebecca Welton) so our little 3yo caught a little British accent. It's the cutest thing

I went to the cinema with my oldest as a mommy daughter date to watch The Fall Guy. It is now her favorite movie. She's wants to see every mommy Emily Blunt has done. She's juste like her mom.
I'll slowly show her movies that Mrs. Blunt did because some are very adult content. Just I showed her Mary Poppins Return, Jungle Cruise (of course) and Gnomeo and Juliet.
I think I'm gonna show her The Devil's Wears Prada this weekend.
If you have any Emily Blunt movie that are kids (9yo) friendly, let me know.

To all Kik user.
Hi, I was hacked. My ID was Lifegoeson1102, Mama E.
I've been reaching Kik and they are not helping so I'll be boycotting this app... The saddest part is that I made friends on there that didn't have any way to reach me outside of it. Hoping this post reaches them.
I apparently banned for violation to terms of use.
Please stop using this app as they have no customer service what so ever.

I was watching How I Met Your Mother the other night while cooking dinner for the family. And my sweet little Robin came by and understood the name of the character that she's named after.
She looked at me overjoyed and said "Mommy I have the same name as her. "And I told her that it's because of that character that she is named Robin.

Sickness 🤧🤒
It's rare that I get any like "serious" illness. Because eof the kids we often have colds and small viruses but I had a sinusitis for 10days and it was truly the worst thing I have gotten in awhile.
I'm feeling way better now tho but it took antibiotics and all to help me get through it.

Little more about us !
My husband and I are movie and tv lovers. I'm a huge fan of Lord Of the Rings and my husband is a Star Wars fan. We also both are fans of How I Met Your Mother. We've been rewatching the show in loop.
So tonight I asked the kids before bed what's their favorite movies or show.
Clara (8) - Jungle Cruise
Mia (7) - Finding Dory
Lizzie (almost 6) - Moana
Henry (almost 5) and Finley(3) - Cars and Toy Story
Robin (2) - Mickey Mouse clubhouse
And Jazzy, well she's too young, 2 months. But she watches HIMYM with us.

Life with 7 kids
Baby Jazzy turned 2 months on Easter Sunday. The others all have a daycare/school routine. So life is crazy and I feel overwhelmed a lot of the time. Don't be mistaken, I LOVE being a mom, it's just a lot.
Between recovering from birth and doin lunches, giving bath and trying to keep him marriage together I don't have a lot of time to myself. I chose this life though.
Recovering for baby #7 has been harder this time. I was lucky in the past to bounce back to my body after giving birth but this time no. I don't know why. I don't think I could have an 8th baby even if we wanted to, but we don't.
That's life lately in my big family

My kids are obsessed with the movie Jungle Cruise. It's actually a movie that I don't mind rewatching over and over again.

As much as I find this scene funny, I do hope no one will ever say this to my little Robin !

3 weeks post partum
Baby girl will be 3 weeks tomorrow and life has been a little chaotic. I'm so happy to have family around that can help with the kids.
She's doing very well. She's nursing on a schedule and we're good at sticking to it. I do give it to her if she needs it outside of the schedule. She's a pretty good sleeper. giving us 4-5 hours stretch at night.
I'm doing well, just tired and a milk factory for the moment. I love the newborn stage. I just spend so much time cuddling with her when all the kids are in school and daycare.

Change of plans
This so funny that my last post was about my birth plan... Because that's totally not how it went.
If you understand me correctly, yes I did gave birth to lovely baby girl. Weighting 6.1lbs at 37 weeks in the hospital. Labor lasted 6-7hours she came out in 5 pushes.
We went to the ER due to heavy bleeding on January 31 early in the morning. I got admitted quickly to the maternity ward. The doctor decided that it was safer to deliver the baby. I was induced right away.
She's now here, our little baby Jasmine 🤍 we love you baby girl

My birth plan
I feel like this could interest some of you guys. So I'm planning a home water birth, unassisted. Only me, my husband and our 2 oldest kids (they're 9 and 7). Before you come for me, they wanted to be there. At any point they can chose to leave and not attend.
I've never had a water birth so I hope it'll be a good experience. I'm so excited to meet this little one. ❤️

Almost 36 weeks pregnant
I am 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. I don't know the sex of the baby by my mommy intuition tells me it's another baby girl.
What do you think it is ?
