The Bachelorette Season 16, Episode 7

is SAFE despite a disturbing challenge that involves drinking disgusting smoothies and eating entire peppers. Some gagging occurs and there is a “p* bucket” mentioned and shown in the pepper scene along with other mentions of the word “v*”. It didn’t personally trigger me because someone already let me know it was safe but I was still anxious so if you’re very sensitive to the gagging or mentions, just skip past the challenge to the after party of the group date.

GRAND ARMY: Season 1

Episode 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 are SAFE

Episode 3: NOT SAFE. Joey v* around 47 minutes. When someone knocks on the door saying “hey is somebody in there” you can basically just skip to the end and start the next episode. The very last scene is her v*. The only thing you miss is that she gets a text from Tim that says “you okay?”.

Episode 5: NOT SAFE. Girl g* after testing her gag reflex on a lollipop. Mentions of v*. Around 29 minutes the scene abruptly cuts to Leila v* in bathroom RIGHT after Grace asks ”what do you think about this shit?” Skip to 30 minutes and it is over.
