It becomes difficult for the Emperor to string his thoughts together coherently, the intensity of his feelings growing hard to hold at bay. His gratefulness, his joy, his - excitement - He isn't the kind of being to howl from a cliff-top, but he might perhaps conjure such an image now, and then hurl that image deep into a dusty corner of his psyche, as far away from his decorum as possible. It's unbecoming, he thinks, how full his heart is just to be here, to be alive, to be given something as brilliant and intangible as freedom, with nothing expected in return. If only he had an empty resonance stone to sink all of this exhilaration into, at least then he could use the energy for something productive instead of letting it boil over on the edges of his mind, burning so bright and hot it's almost agonizing.

Freedom is when you can be your truest self - without guile, without pretence.

Did you have to modify the in-game fiddlehead soup recipe at all? I feel like one clove of garlic probably isn't enough, and the fire method is of course a bit archaic. I also couldn't find fiddleheads anywhere locally when they were in-season, so I'll just have to get them frozen, too.

hell yeah I get to talk about fiddlehead soup some more!

I oven roasted the potatoes and carrots first to get some of the "fire" effect.. Including roasting the garlic inside the peel before mincing so it's stronger and tastier. but that's just me tryharding you don't have to do that, it's difficult to mess up tbh. Here are my measurements that weren't noted on the recipe to get a good ratio of soup and veg (makes about 6 servings):

1 carton 32oz chicken stock

1 carton 16oz heavy whipping cream

3 med purple carrots

2 med potatoes

1 smallish yellow onion

1 small leek

a generous amount of fiddleheads, because they shrink when defrosted/roasted

fuck yeah add more garlic if you want, I'll try it next time, never too much garlic

For defrosting the fiddleheads, I took them directly out of the freezer and onto some parchment paper into preheated oven 375 for 15 min, then pat them dry with paper towels and change the paper cause it gets wet, then another 5-8 min then you can chop them up for the soup. You can also toss them with olive oil and salt and roast them for 10 min longer and they get crispy! I put them in mac and cheese and salads.

I have figured out how to do things with the Script Extender. I have danced with the Emperor. It was ridiculous and glorious.

You probably already have Script Extender for your mods. Open a save where Wyll is in your party. Go somewhere alone with him that has open space and no people around. Open the Script Extender window. Press enter. Copy and paste this:
