Rihanna’s Fenty beauty probably won KKW Beauty

Rihanna launched her first beauty collections and the beauty bloggers are going crazy for it. 

40 shades of everything and everyone. When Kim Kardashian West launched her 4 shades collection, a few months ago, and all the contouring and highlighting kits, the bloggers ran to buy it and try it in front of their beloved cameras. Most of them left some disappointing comments about the shades and the lack of flexibility between colors, specially for the darker girls the kits seemed to be a bit useless. Then some of them mentioned easy breaking products, that we all know the feeling of desperation when you buy an expensive new beauty stick and it ends app broken in pieces. 

And then Riri is coming to change the beauty game between the celebrities’ circles. 10 times more shades than our beloved KKW and although the design and the style is similar, the quality difference is huge. Apparently Rihanna preferred to make a good quality product line that can be accessible to everyone through the SEPHORA stores and she made a wise choice since as it looks like all the beauty fans are loving it. Everyone looks happy for both money and value of product.

National Ice Cream Sandwich

If you are looking for a way to gain some weight and look juicier during the bikini season, here you have the best ice cream sandwich recipe coming directly from Sarah and her beautiful blog. 

Today is the National Ice Cream Sandwich day so please stop being miserable, trying to convince that you indeed enjoy this salad, because you don’t and everyone knows that. So turn the air condition on and get to work.

For the cookies you will need:

½ cup salted butter, room temperature

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 tablespoon dark molasses

1 large egg, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

¾ teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

For the ice cream you will need:

a nice gelateria which can provide: blackberry, vanilla, and chocolate ice cream (I used about ½ pint of each).

What?! You don’t have to do everything by yourself. You can celebrate but get some rest too, it’s still only Wednesday.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter, both sugars, and molasses on high speed for 2 minutes. Add in egg and vanilla extract and beat for an additional 2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients on low speed until just combined.

Remove from mixer and fold in chocolate chips. Roll dough into a ball and wrap completely with plastic wrap. Allow to chill in fridge for at least 1 hour, preferably 1 day, and up to 1 week.

When you're ready to bake the cookies, preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a metal cookie sheet. Roll chilled dough into 12 equal balls of dough and place on cookie sheet, leaving at least 1 inch between each cookie.

Bake for roughly 15 minutes-- since ovens vary so much, you're looking for the cookies to be the slightest bit golden brown, but still pretty soft. They will continue to cook as they cool. You actually want them to be slightly undercooked, as these will be the BEST to pair with ice cream.

Allow cookies to cool completely before making ice cream sandwiches. Scoop roughly 3 ounces of ice cream (about ⅓ cup), then sandwich it with two cookies. You can eat them immediately or keep them frozen for weeks! Just be sure to cover them in the freezer so they don't get freezer burn.

On a series of collaborations Burton recently announced one of the most anticipated ones. Quoting the online store “Trash talking comes easy with this one-of-a-kind South Park collaboration celebrating the most twisted animation ever.” 

The South Park collection includes all the snow accessories that someone needs for a Winter escape, inspired by the main characters of the show. The colorful capsule finds the two working on a pocket T-shirt, mitts, beanies, socks and a must-have Parkitect snowboard.

Except the main characters of the show, in this collaboration you can find some of the most famous ones too, like Towlie (the stoned towel) or Mr Hankey the Christmas Poo, both of them very popular on the South Park fans community.

A Wes Anderson original mini movie is the new holiday movie of H&M, starring Adrien Brody.

The title of the movie is “Come Together” starring a train conductor (Adrien Brody), who saves Christmas for a young boy who is travelling on the same train. 

“This story may resonate more than ever at a time in the world where we could all do with giving a stranger a hug,” said Brody, that makes me realize that me soending holidays surrounded by strangers and away from my family might not be that bad after all. It’s a heartwarming fairytale that makes us feel the Holidays approaching, with the quirky touch that only Anderson can give.
