istg every time we lose its “paige” this, “paige” that. can y’all stop acting like the uconn team is solely made of paige bueckers? (and sarah strong) if the rest of the team doesn’t play as well as they should, of course there’s a chance we’ll lose. if geno’s coaching isn’t what it used to be, and he keeps throwing them all off track and putting them in positions they cannot handle, of course our chances of beating other good teams won’t be great.

what i’m saying is, paige is always quick to get the finger pointed at her, getting blamed for what? 22 points? 3 rebounds? 2 assists and 1 steal?

juju had 25pt, 6reb, 5ast and 2 blocks. that’s not much of a difference. juju was slightly better.

sarah had 22pts, 13reb and 5ast. while kiki had 16pts, 11reb and 6ast. sarah was better.

yk why they won? cuz they wanted it more than we did. and that’s okay. kk and morgan were another big part of comeback, and had geno kept them in, we might’ve actually won. had he put allie in, our chances might’ve been even better. am i saying our team is bad? no. just gotta make the right calls.

so all that just to say: stop blaming every lost game on paige. it’s a TEAM sport, not the best player carries the whole team sport.
