I think they both at least recieved sex ed (although Seto's is greatly framed in a misogynistic light bc of Gozaburo and I think it would be interesting if he had some internal homophobia towards himself and also afraid to get into a relationship with a woman because he's afraid he'll act the way he was taught even tho he really won't).
