I have a feeling I was manually marked red with shinigami eyes, considering the sheer amount of people who have marked me green has not changed me to display as trans-friendly. And, considering this, I can confidently say that the reason this was done was solely to silence my voice as an intersex activist, by intersexists who run the extension. And it's worked, considering my engagement has severely tanked since the mark was applied. I have not said anything anti-trans. Feel free to scour my post history, you will not find a single anti-trans post. I have actively fought for trans rights, I volunteer irl, I go to and help organize marches and rallies, I believe in liberation for the sex variant. Regardless of whatever intercommunity discourse caused me to be marked red, that is a fact.
I do a lot fucking more for the trans community than the example on their website. I actually do the work, I educate people, I do public speaking, I talk about the struggles faced by the trans community, I am in contact with my local queer advocacy groups and I do quite literally everything in my power to educate about both trans & intersex issues in real life. As in, I actually talk to people and don't rot in my bed all fucking day. I do this activism in addition to working two jobs, sometimes up to 70 hours a week depending on scheduling. I do this stuff because I LOVE MY COMMUNITY. I LOVE MY FRIENDS. I LOVE TO IMAGINE A FUTURE WHERE WE ARE ALLOWED TO EXIST.
But no, I guess I deserve to be ostracised and silenced because I had the audacity to... Let's see.. acknowledge the material reality of trans men, as reported to me by trans men? Talk about intersexism from perisex trans people? Condemn community infighting? Advocate for letting queer people speak for themselves and not yelling over other groups? Not believe any trans people have male/cis privilege? Not believe in 'AMAB privilege' or 'AFAB privilege'? Voice my thoughts about how demonizing certain groups of queer people is bad? Being inclusive of queer Identities that are difficult to taxonomize? Having a weird relationship with my cis/trans status due to being intersex? Yeah, all of these sound comparable to this.
No wait, I see it. It's because I think misgendering nonbinary people and calling them 'theyfabs' is in fact, bad. And intersex people regardless of AGAB can do whatever the fuck they want to express their lived experience. Yes, including being transfeminine 'despite' originally being assigned female. The devs are showing their entire ass for that one, refusing to acknowledge the fact that "AFAB transfem" is not a label but rather an intersex lived experience which was co-opted by TERFs and turned into a troll dogwhistle. Instead of attacking the co-opting, perisex trans people have decided to just group intersex people in with TERFs. The same thing happened with cistrans and other intersex experiences/identities, I wonder when they'll come for transfemmasc, considering, you know every transfemmasc intersex person is by nature of being both transfem and transmasc & having an AGAB is either AFAB & transfem or AMAB and transmasc. I wish people would stop believing TERFs when they talk shit about us, co-opt our language and experiences, and attempt to speak for our community. Do you know how many times I've heard "but I thought intersex people didn't want to be included in the queer community" from a trans person in real life? Too fucking many! and do you know where that comes from? That's right! TERFs! This asinine lie is actually what caused me to start talking with my local queer advocacy group about intersex inclusion; they were contacted by a little-known TERF group which claimed the intersex-inclusive flag was offensive, and urged them to take it down. Infuriatingly, they listened, having no intersex people to consult about it. So I changed that.
This extension being used to create rifts in the community is something I saw people predict when I first started using it, right when it came out a few years ago. I had a lot more hope in my heart that this wouldn't happen, but you know. Humans will be humans.
Everyone who has the extension, you can leave a review about its potential for misuse and developer bias; don't just give it 1 star and leave the review blank, as then it looks like bigots review-bombing it. Chrome web store link:
Firefox version:
Due to my engagement being severely cut because of this, I feel this post would be a good one to add a little reminder that reblogs help immensely <3
#I was originally in the camp of 'if people are blindly accepting the extensions markings as fact thats a user error'#which I do still agree with at the same time as acknowledging that its very vulnerable to poor faith voting#but those screenshotted review responses are a whole different ball game#I do wish there was some version of shinigami eyes where maybe its like bluesky or ublock#where you can incorporate other users lists into your own browser version of the extension#or just a centralised thing with people who actually Get transness but that has the potential to be a repeat#if anyone knows of either a fork or something similar to ublock where I can flag stuff based on lists pls lmk#shinigami eyes#transphobia#interphobia

Please also check out your local public libraries for these books and see if they carry them, to help support public libraries! If you have a library card already you can checkout Libby and Overdrive to see if your public library carries it as an ebook that you can checkout :)

I crocheted the Father Philip...
...to my Sister Daniel
more photos 👇 other sister dan pics
and some bonus pics of them cloud gazing and ice skating 🥰🌸
and now some yaps:
I kept a stopwatch going whenever I worked on Father Philip, so I can tell you that he took exactly 16 HOURS AND 2 MINUTES yikes.
Today also marks 1 month until I MEET DAN AND PHIL!!! Big yikes... Will be bringing the dolls to my m&g to show them, and if they have room I will happily gift them. If not, I was gonna get a print done of one of these photos to give them.
Also thinking of getting a couple photo prints for myself and have that be my signed item. I am just so proud of what I have created, and it would be super special to have posters of my dolls signed by Dan and Phil.
Next project: a granny square bandana to match my titfit (aka the phandana or even worse: the phanny square phandana) it is currently about two thirds done.
I also have started work on my next dolls which will be Viktor and Yuri from Yuri on Ice >:). Fully in the depths of a figure skating hyperfixation atm, have been super into the ISU Grand Prix series that is currently on. Should anyone wish to discuss this or YOI, my dms and inbox are always open :)
That's it for now, thank you for all the support 🫶. I hope you all love Father Philip as much as I do, and hopefully I did The Phlonde™ justice.
I realise most of these photos are from a low angle so have a bonus phlonde close up, ft. the phandana wip:
hair is by far my least favourite thing to do
okay now that is it, fyi I use the tag #pissterdaniel crochet for all of my crochet related stuff if you want to see more :)

Being transmasc for me means being hated for my masculinity by the broader world because it’s gender nonconformity AND by my own community because it’s considered more inherently dangerous than femininity. Just say you want me to be a cis woman too
