my little and I have recently started a sticker chart for them to do their daily tasks, and at the end, they get a reward.

so a couple times a day, they message me to tell me the things they've accomplished and collect their stickers right, but they're always very official about it like

my little made me the best gifts for valentine's day!! they wrote me the sweetest letter ever and made an arts n crafts picture of me that was sooo cute! they were all secretive about it and did it all by themself and I'm so proud of them!!

they were so excited to show me that they gave it to me the night before hehe

when my little is really young and babbling at me, I respond like it's a conversation and say "wow really? that's crazy" but sometimes I say "mhm" and they say "mhmm!" and I worry what I just agreed to

cute things my little does sometimes!

⟡ naming things after me like plushies or characters in video games

°• if we watch a show or movie together and they see a character that reminds them of me and say "that's you!" like yeah, that's me!! (like snowball from secret life of pets and simon from alvin and the chipmunks hehe)

⟡ they get so embarrassed when I tell them how smart and cute and tiny and scary they are

•° sometimes when they really want something like a treat, they ask for it shyly like hinting at it

⟡ I'll explain why they can't have something and they try to make a deal or reason with me

°• when they ask me the questions I usually ask, like if I've been drinking water or if I know the name of the color of crayon they're using

⟡ they babble at me and I react to the amazing story they're telling me (like "wow really? that's crazy")

•° sometimes they get quiet so I ask what they're up to and they say they're thinking (usual about cute stuff we could do together if we were in person)

⟡ some nights, they make a little buzzing sound so I say "what was that?" and they say "I dunno, I didn't hear anything" and I pretend to look all around the house until I find a little buzzy bee ready for bedtime

°• when they wanna stay up all night cause they wanna talk to me

⟡ then they finally accept that it's time to eep because then it'll be storytime

•° and then sometimes they're being silly during storytime, and I keep needing to pause cause they start laughing, which makes me laugh, which makes them laugh more!

I have a bunch more I could add, so I might do another list like this sometime! (making this was my side of a deal we made so they would eep hehe but also just cause it's fun!)
