Stuffed my face by and gained 3.2kg in two days . I fuckin hate myself. Hopefully it’s mostly water weight and I am going to loose it in the next few days .

Gonna try to stay under 600 cals today so hopefully I will be under 57kg by tomorrow.
I am now at my lowest weight since I started to loose weight and it feels good that every weight I achieve will be a new low and then at some point I will be under my lowest weight since my Ed started 49.4kg and than I will be at my ugw and maybe then I will be thin and beautiful or maybe I will loose more weight cause it feels so good to have control finally to be someone

I am at my lowest weight ever since I started losing weight I am so happy . Now I won’t have to loose and gain and loose and gain anymore I will only loose weight till I hit my ugw .

I already feel like I am really in my Ed at the moment like I can’t stop I just feel so euphoric cause I am loosing weight and I can see the physical changes I am starting to get a flat stomach and I can see a slight side outline of abs in the morning or after fasting I feel great but my parents are a bit worried I think .

Back again gained some weight than lost weight again now at 58.1 bmi : 22.7 . I fasted yesterday and I feel amazing and I weighed myself like 10 minutes ago and I was at 57.8kg so I already lost weight during the day 🥳 I am not on any real diet but I always stay under 1200 and I am also doing some fast I want to do a 3 day fast next week .

I wish I found the power in myself to restrict again . I ate normally today . I have to restrict tomorrow I have to get skinny I can’t stand the idea of being fat for another summer another year . I have to do this .

Did not stay on track today . I hate myself . I have to start taking this seriously again . I just have to do this for 3 months or so and then I am done I can do that I want to be at my ugw more than anything I want to be thin , pretty and happy I want that more than food . Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
