i find myself doing things that you used to do and i wonder if i actually want to do them

if im just reliving the parts of myself that you poked and proded until they bent under your cold hands and moulded into your image.

is this who i am, or who i became to impress you?

do i really like this? or do i like that it reminds me of you?

im looking back at all the time that has past and im so grateful to be where i am.

i wave goodbye to the ways i have been that have allowed me to survive up until i accepted them.

parts of me have died to make room for new parts, and each version of myself is dear and has been exactly as it should have been.

so maybe now, if you dont understand where you are going or why you are the way you are, but radical trust in the moment that your doing your absolute best to keep yourself safe will leave you feeling grateful for how far you have come.

your body is like a leaf, and it holds imprints and momentum.

you are not your body, to taking the time to learn to respect and honour your bodies mechanics and ways of being is so very special, and you will become great friends with the person you allow to care for you! (yourself!)

Colour Magick Correspondences & Ideas

Pretty easily applied for both beginner, closet and experienced practitioners alike! Can be used in most areas of mundane and magickal life (with some ideas listed below).

White

White can also be used as an all-purpose color for your intention when the color you want is not available.

Small Tips For When Life Gets Hard

When you feel confused: Light a candle or incense, clarity will come to your soul. When you feel afraid: Get in touch with nature, close your eyes and you will receive the tranquility that comes from its essence. When your feelings are acting weird: Talk with fire, it is a master at transmuting moods. When you feel stuck: Talk to the water, it knows of movements, flows and doesn’t cling to anything. When your thoughts are running wild: Pay attention to your breathing, it will bring you back to the present moment. When you feel lost: Talk to yourself, to your higher self, you will be reminded where you come from. When you don’t feel like living: Talk to the Earth, she knows of rebirths.
