Honestly why tf are they still going on about Daniel? It's over, the comments have gone back to seemingly normal. They're back to defending their decision of keeping Perez so why is there a need?
Other than the obvious reason, that they continue to hide behind his name because the entire organization is crashing and burning because of decisions THEY made through greed.
Daniel walked out there, the better person, and he continues to thrive in whatever he's doing. He's happy. He's had a great career that no amount of podcast and articles can revise.
But what won't change is that that team made mistake after mistake. Let's not forget the media comments Horner made after Aston revealed Newey, or the articles that came out after Wheatley was announced.
Honestly, if Daniel isn't under some contractual obligation to remain silent, I think what's really making them go on a rampage is that fact that he isn't saying anything. It's like he could at any moment, but he's simply not. So they're trying to set the ground for people to believe that whatever he will say isn't the truth.
