4th April
i decided that this kind of posts wont have tags, cause this are really boring posts and theyre just for me and to motivate me.
Soooo today was not as i expected... i ate 1000cals. Im shocked of myself gow could i ruin it on the second day? But still im in calorie deficit so im happyyyy.
Tomorrow im having a brunch with friends, and a family dinner so it gonna suck. I decided that at the brunch ill eat a little and say im having a stumach ache, and after dinner ill purge, and than i could even have some snacks and stuff! Ill try to keep it under 900 but itll be really hard. God weekends are tough!!

Today is the first day in my new program (you can see in my last post if you want) and it went so wellll
Cal intake = 470cals! And i didnt even had to purge which is awesome.
Cold americano (no milk) 0 cals
Tofu 100g, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp date honey, 2 pickles! 200cals
Black coffee 0 cals
1 soy yogurt, 1 kiwi 🥝 110 cals
150g indian soup 160 cals
Im so proud of myself ! I had 16.5 hour fast, since something i ate at night and till 16:00.

How im going to reach my goals:
In my pinned post you can see my goal: getting 45kg till 1st June! Im 53kg right now (3d April) which means that i have to get down 8kg🙀 i can do thissss
So 8kg in 60days, means i need to burn 7000×8=56000 cals, 56000:60=930cals to burn per day. So i think that eating 500 cals a day will be a good start, cause i do sports and stuff. Im going to do that by not eatinf breakfast, than eating 400cals till dinner, than eating whatever i want in dinner but purging it out.
