I want to say thank you SO MUCH to all the people who liked, replied to, and reblogged my post and my new followers! I love you all and appreciate it so much. I was feeling a bit doubtful that my blog would find interest and though I want to do it regardless it does touch my heart that people are interested in my bat children and their journeys!

Hey everyone, I am working on updates, but I’ve been hit pretty hard by two pet medical issues, one of which I will go into at a later time, as it was yesterday. I love these two designs and wanted to keep them originally but I’m going to try and sell them for a chance at least.

Seasonal Kiribou Adopts: $30 each

Really late for the holiday season, but coming to you now from both myself and @jannike-arts, are these four Kiribou adoptables! These are limited; they will run for about two weeks. January 10th, 2019 is the last chance to get one!

Jannike and I collabed together to make these fluffy darlings; we both brainstormed some themes, I did the lineart, she contributed the beautiful colors and some adorable accessories! As such we are splitting the sales of each adopt 50/50.

Most important note about the Kiribou species: They are purely a Kirin x Caribou crossbreed; they are NOT a closed species and they are NOT limited to the MLPverse!

I’ve decided to do a series of thank you pictures to the various beautiful people who helped encourage me in my art and in particular this blog! I have a number of these planned and this one is a special case because its also intended as a (late) birthday gift for @zenaquaria. Each of these will feature someone’s character reimagined as a fae from my universe.

Zen is such a wonderful artist and creator, her worlds are a delight to learn about and I love her growing cast of characters! Zen you are such a kind, generous and thoughtful friend and I am so grateful to have met you through tumblrpon! ;; Thank you for all the beautiful art and kind words you have gifted me with! I can’t put into words how much they mean to me but I’ll sure try! :D

Dawning Justice was an interesting character to do for this, but he jumped to mind first- partially because I love palomino roans lol but also I love his character and I thought it’d be neat to take a non-vampire for the first one. He has Elie Ruby scales and hooves, that allow him to draw in energy from the world around him and refocus the energy as little bursts of flame. He mostly uses this to set arrows aflame. He’s part of the Sonnegard, a group of justice-seeking Summer Fae who go after fae who have broken the few laws the fae have. (As a nod to his vampire blood-drinking in his own universe, he sometimes secretly draws energy/abilities through his hooves from fae he hunts down).

I’ve been SCREAMING about this on discord but look at this!! Look at their perfect faces! Look at the perfect characterisations even though I haven’t been posting yet! I’ve decided to do a series of thank you pictures to the various beautiful people who helped encourage me in my art and in particular this blog! I have a number of these planned but I’m starting with the two who I first revealed my plot to: @kajeaynart was one of the first! Each of these will feature someone’s character reimagined as a fae from my universe.

Kaj was the first person I really told about the blog, and she encouraged me about wanting to hear the full story. I was really nervous to tell anyone for fear it’d be silly or stupid, but Kaj’s kind words and sincerity gave me the boost I needed. You are so talented and sweet and stand up for your beliefs and I really love that about you! <3

I went with the butterfly theme for Neon, even though I love feathers I wanted to try doing butterfly wings for her. I loved the idea of a bright colored Neon drifting through a verdant forest of mossy trees and mist, flickering in and out of sight. Naturally she gets a fairy ring, because she’s magical af. In my headcanon, Neon is from the Spring Court and was once a lost changeling herself, who made it her mission to save others like her. She’s overcoming her fears and helping others. You rock Neon darling <3

Steph also helped me design Thistledown, my big precious drafty boy, especially his palette and tack! He turned out beautiful thanks to her sob ;; So thank you so much to all of your help, support, and encouragement! You help so many people with their characters and confidence and I couldn’t be happier to have gotten to know. <3 Thank you for everything!

I love long-haired Tech, so I went with that. He got some additional horns, branches, and amber gemstones. My headcanon is that he adopts abandoned changelings that nobles and normal ponies have lost need of.
