Get to know Hashem's family

My name is Hashem from Gaza. I am 32 years old and my wife, Samar, is 27 years old. We have a child born in the eighth month of pregnancy. His mother was premature because of my wife's fear of war. My large family consists of 8 members: my father, mother, four male brothers and 2 females. My father died in the war due to a lack of medicine in hospitals as a result of the fierce war on Gaza.

My story began when we were displaced from our home in northern Gaza in mid-October 2023 after a letter threatening eviction, and then the house was targeted and destroyed. Between this Exodus and the current fifth Exodus there are many stories and sufferings.

We now live in plastic tents, which are thermal ovens, which are not suitable for living and do not provide the minimum necessities of life, in addition to the spread of epidemics and diseases, which puts our lives in danger.

Through this campaign, we are trying to collect enough money to meet our needs and get us out of the Gaza Strip safely. We ask you to stand by us and protect us from this severe danger.

no more horrifying emotion than reloading the gofundme page for my friend's family and seeing it being at the same amount as hours ago. he is a full time dental student while working multiple jobs to try to reduce the amount of money that needs to be crowdfunded.

his family is literally evading bombings every single day (sometimes multiple times a day) for the past 11.5 months. his youngest sister is so chronically malnourished that she doesn't even have the energy to cry out of fear anymore. the ground literally shakes and splinters, huge craters in the middle of neighborhoods. dozens of people still missing under rubble just this week.

if you have literally ANYTHING at all please help this family. this decision to move out of Jabalia to somewhere safer is the last resort and it's looking like it has to happen soon. iof announced the intent to cut off North Gaza from the rest of the strip two days ago, saying Hamas was hiding there amongst civilians. we've heard this excuse being used to justify mass murder multiple times. please DO SOMETHING. i am deathly afraid for the safety of the younger siblings.

morning stroll*

Flowey was in the midst of one of his plotting sessions (he didn't call them that) when he heard the sound of familiar crunching snow. Flowey gave it no thought. that wasn't a new sound; looking down at the snow to form a sort of white screen, numbing his senses.

"HELLO FLOWERY ACQUAINTANCE!!! ARE YOU LOST? BECAUSE I'M QUITE SURE THAT SNOWDEN IS NO PLACE FOR A FLOWER! !"Papyrus said, leaning in; accentuating his next words "THERE IS NO PROPER LIGHTING FOR YOU TO GROW!!!"Papyrus said loudly, trying to cover up his anxiousness with a mask that is worn as much as his gloves; fake happiness and exuberance!

this mask was worn so well in fact! that most people couldn't see past it.

flowey of course shocked from his musings, grumbly looked up at papyrus.

"what did I tell you about catching me off gu- you're here." flowey said, slightly slack-faced; surprised enough for the consistency of his face to waver, drooping slightly. "INDEED...I...AM?" papyrus asked, only now fully realizing that he broke his own walking route. now that in of itself was odd but. the oddest thing about this was how....natural it felt to be here, to walk this path.

Papyrus thought; straightening up his back slowly, as confusion settles, his mind searching for a solution…and after a lapse of just one moment of confusion. . .it disappeared, as if it had never been there in the first place.

"I AM!"Papyrus said more confidently; trying to get both of them out of this supposed stupor.

flowys expression sharpened 'just when I thought I figured him out! Interesting!'papyrus was a puzzle that reconfigurated itself just a moment before flowey could crack it. "Golly I was just surprised! sorry for my rudeness!" flowey said, feigning flusteredness, not wanting to pass this opportunity by.

'who knows when this could happen again!' flowy thought greedily, wanting to turn this once in a loop chat into a semi interrogation.

'this is new after all!'the feeling of enriching curiosity filled his little frame.

But of course he kept it under lock and key, he didn't want to ruin this game!"Of course answer this if this doesn't hurt to ask...but what is your name?"flowey asked with an overly dramatized frown"PAPYR- THE GREAT PAPYRUS!"Papyrus said, filled with unnatural gusto, looking upward; as if mimicking an unfinished salute.

"NOW WHAT IS YOUR NAME MY FLOWERY FRIEND?"Papyrus asked brightly; his eyes shining, fluidly looking downwards at the flower.

"I'm flowey! flowey the flower!"flowey said; his introduction flowing out as easy as it is to breathe.

"OH! IT IS A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU FLOWEY!"Papyrus said brightly; putting his hand in front of the flower for a greeting Shake.

flowys grin morphed into something just a bit too sharp. 'interesting, he usually says my name wrong when we first meet' flowey thought cheekily.

'can't wait to see where this will go!'flowey thought, reaching with a Vine of his own as if to shake papyrus's hand.
