Hello! I’d looked into the gift exchange club info and was interested in trying to join, but I’m a little confused on how to do so. Would you mind clarifying the process?

Of course! The only way to join the gift exchange club was to be invited to the server during a gift exchange event, which I, head mod Pluto, ran twice.

Although, I should be transparent and say that I currently do not have plans to run another gift exchange event in the future. At least, not in the same way I ran them before. This is mostly due to personal reasons, but is also due to the fact that this blog has slowly doubled in followers since I last ran an event, which I have to admit intimidates me a little.

I do have an idea in mind for potentially hosting another gift exchange, but it won't be for a little while if I do decide to do it.

funny story, in the last ghosted talentswap collab someone suggested biker kiyo and i've been wanting to do it since then, and then when deceit rolled which character i'm doing and what talent they will be getting, turns out i did get the ultimate biker gang leader, BUT IT'S SHUICHI HAHA🤣 which is also super fun because 1. you would never imagine shuichi being a delinquent, 2. shuichi's talent is basically in the law department while being in a gang likely involves illegal stuff so 👀

overall i'm really proud of this, shuichi looks and doesn't look like himself at the same time lol (for those of you saying shuichi's canon design is emo, no that's goth this is real emo /j) i am also never drawing a motorcycle ever again :)))) (i do want to expand on this au though, specifically adding kiyo i already have notes for him hehe)

Ultimate Supreme Leader Maki, for a talentswap collab hosted by @drv3giftexchangeclub!

Backstory concept is that when she met the Holy Salvation Society, they were impressed by her ability to argue her way into taking her friend's place and ended up propping her up as kind of a prophet figure. But is she really just a figurehead? Or did she actually become a cult leader somewhere down the line?

Design-wise, I tried to keep her looking kind of cult-y with the robes and magic symbols but otherwise drew on a lot of sentai and Precure villains since "Supreme Leader" is a pretty over-the-top title. Also just some generic edgy motifs (shoulder spikes, wings, spiderliliy / higanbana). I feel like Kokichi's vibe in canon relies a lot on not knowing how seriously to take him, so I wanted to have a design that could look goofily overdone or genuinely imposing based on the framing.

i was originally planning to only do one set (sketch, line art and colour) but then i ended up doing 7 pieces💀anyways here are my pieces from the second valentines collab i joined! cover is inspired by derekdomnicdsouza (on insta) 's new year idea i've been wanting to do it for a while, thank you @metal-queer-rex for hosting this, i seriously had a lot of fun collabing with all these people and i can't wait for more!
