Have you ever had a dream, that soonest you wake up you still think you are in it... These past couple of days this has been happening to me. Could it be a sign of better things to come?

Any workout that you can do is always good for stress. Especially during these times that we are in.

I have to agree with this. Learn to care a little less and you will feel much better. Horrible thing to say, but it is true.

Why me
Many people these days are asking themselves why me? COVID has really screwed with our sense of normalcy. Picture this, a sailor/soldier has to leave for several months to years. Imagine there sense of normalcy on return. Yes COVID is a royal pain and we can't wait for a normal life, but remember what you are experiencing our men/women in service have experienced the same. Stick this trough, from a veteran to a civilian, stick this trough. IT WILL END!

Disclaimer
Please note, I am not a medically qualified doctor, nor do I hold a PHd/doctorate. I am working towards my MBA. I am an 8 year veteran and work in the oil and gas industry. I use the name Dr. Tipster simply because I have been known to be an amazing listener who gives feedforward not feedback. I hope to interact with many through here and expand my reach out to many more.
Thank you and stay safe out there.

Veterans, please utilize this service. I cannot stress the importance of communicating your feelings.
If you feel like talking to them is too much and want to discuss more personally, reach out to me. Send me a message, lets talk. I’ve served, I know the feeling.

Conversation
Introducing Dr. Tipster
Reporter: Hello Doctor, and thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself here on this platform.
Dr. Tipster: Thank you for allowing me this opportunity and for allowing me to create a transcript of our conversation.
Reporter: Tell us about yourself Doctor.
Dr. Tipster: Well born in the great state of Rhode Island, veteran of the United State Navy, and currently an entrepreneur who takes huge risks for big rewards.
Reporter: Interesting, a sailor from Rhode Island.
Dr. Tipster: "laughing", our state flag has an anchor on it too. Coincidence that I chose to be a sailor.
Reporter: "laughing", So Doctor what is your purpose blogging here on Tumblr?
Dr. Tipster: Well, I wanted a free platform to interact with people and assist with their mental health. I've been told that I am fantastic at providing help and maybe I should continue doing so but to people I may not even know.
Reporter: What do you discuss with people?
Dr. Tipster: Anything and everything. Normally I get asked relationship questions, sex questions, business questions, advice on stocks, and generally anything you can think of.
Reporter: So I can replace Google with you? "Laughing"
Dr. Tipster: HA!. No please continue to research and utilize the great tools provided from the internet, but if you want a more personal touch, give me a shout.
Reporter: Interesting, I will definitely keep you as a contact, I'm sure I'll need you one day. Doctor, thank you for your time. I look forward to reading your blogs, seeing your interactions and growing from this to bigger and better things.
Dr. Tipster: Thank you, I will not let you or anyone down with this. Stay tuned, it is going to be fun!
