in the chaos of life, i find comfort in the consistency of my habits. they create safe havens where i can ground myself, even if just for a moment. there’s a certain peace in knowing that some things remain constant, like the feel of a soft skirt swaying around my legs or the ritual of applying lipliner after a meal.
embracing these quirks allows me to connect with myself and with others. it’s in recognizing that everyone carries their own little habits that we create a deeper understanding of our shared humanity
