It's been nothing but mitts for gifts over here last week and I'm going to maybe get started on some more today....I finally feel human again 🤣 self-induced flu 😘🤣 and maybe not 🤣 as I look around my house 🤣 I've been wearing my turquoise blue sweater with black leather palm ones for a couple of weeks now. Cause of course I must try them out! I've been incredibly selfish in my small amount of sewing lately 🤣🙈 including leather knee patches on one pair and padded leather knee patches for my hard working man ♥️ the mitts I'm super excited to be making ♥️ same with the purse 😍 finally will have an experimental piece to see how well the paint holds up. Hello ♥️ so many new faces! I woke up at 4am thinking about my chickens🤣🙈 I forgot to grab the last few eggs last night but they were still good cause of the warmer temps. At least I got to see the moon ♥️ anyone else up at ridiculous times😘🙈🤣 I made this for my friend who is expecting her first baby girl♥️ I'm so excited for them! They've had a long road to get here. So I decided to make something just for her. A big purple (her absolute favorite color 💜) reminder that she is important 💜 that self love and self care is a must for us to sustain our lives. We mama's tend to put ourselves on the back burner, I know I have with my art....and with Corona effecting all of us, its a good time to look after ourselves the best we can ♥️ however that looks like.
