The 5th line: "Give me somethin' here, come on..."
Ooh i don't know what it is about that one but.. oh my my my o//o
can i get a "hell yeah!" for vocal rescuers? 🙌 just some of my faves;
"come on, stay with me!"
"breathe, goddammit!"
"just hold on a little longer..."
"you're not dying on me today!"
"give me somethin' here, come on..."
"fuck, i can't feel a pulse!"
ugh, my little heart can barely handle it! <3

Tell me how you draw such accurate chest anatomy, I must learn your ways.
This is a very old ask that I'm just getting around to, I'm sorry! Also there are a bunch of amazing tutorials on Pinterest but I will do my best to explain what I know. 1. Always remember that the ribcage is round! It's kind of shaped like an egg, so use a visual of a cracked egg to feel out the form 2. The rib cage should still feel round even when a person is lying down, meaning the chest protrudes outward a bit, and there's a smooth curve between the ribcage, neck, and back of the skull if the chin is tilted upward. 3. I like to think of the torso in three parts, the ribcage, the abdomen/stomach, and the pelvis. Separating them like this just helps me to keep the torso proportionate 4. Speaking of proportions, you'll find the pectorals lay about 1/2 between the clavicles and the lowest rib. Draw the pecs as a single, curving line before separating it into individual muscles 5. The pectorals are straight along the bottom, then the muscle pulls backward into the arm. I tried to indicate this with arrows. Just a helpful shape to remember as you're drawing the chest 6. And finally, breasts hang from the pectorals. They are sort of gumdrop shaped, with all of the weight/fat pooling in the bottom. And don't forget that they are laying on top of a curved form (the ribcage) and should conform to the shape of the ribs. Hope this helps a little! But seriously...pinterest got the goods for art tutorials

Hey you haven’t posted in a while, you doing okay?
So sweet to see this message in my inbox! Seriously :) Ah but anywho, I wish I could say all was swell but just recently got some bad news about someone I dearly love, so things are rocky at the moment. I'll be back when I can, I promise I'm still drawing resus things...always :)

Hey
Would you like to answer cpr question no 7? :)
Btw really like your recentky posted practice drawings!
Aw thank you so much for saying so. Hmm question 7 is Rescuer or rescued? (Hope I have that right) I've always leaned towards rescued. It let's you see how someone else's mind works. Creativity is a huge turn on, I think. But in written rp, I enjoy writing either part. There's a lot more to work with when you play rescuer. I like writing characters doing things that /i personally/ would find hot. SO let's call it a 60/40 split on this question. What about you guys?

Thinking of opening some commissions to help pay for an urgent expense. 🤔

I had completely forgotten about this trope somehow. Its such a favorite!
prim and proper dignified characters pale, sickly, weak on their feet. unbuttoning their collar, sweat-soaked hair, unsure footing and fluttery breaths. muttering a hesitant, "I don't... feel well."

would you draw people having seizures?
If I got commissioned to draw seizures I could be up for it! Sounds like an interesting visual challenge, which is always fun. I know seizures are kind of resus-adjacent, but they aren't part of my personal fetish.

Is there anything in the particular you guys would like to know more about? Any specific requests? Or should I just wing it.

Let's see ... how about 2 and 22? (I really enjoy your drawings, btw!)
Oh hi there! Nice to meet you and thank you. I'm glad you like my self-indulgent drawings. I got to answer question 2 in the last one so let's see about 22... 22. Most Controversial Whump Opinion LOL oh my god um. Well see, I'm real conflict averse so I keep all my controversial opinions in my head, where they are safe and will never cause any eyebrows to be raised at me This is a really fun question though, let me think... okay I think I've got one I hate the word whump. I feel so silly when I use it, especially when I'm talking with my friends or partner. I mean, it's probably because they themselves aren't whump fans so I feel a bit insecure when discussing it. But it also just has a funny sound to it, and is hard to take seriously. Whump whump whuummppp.... u__u Back in MYYY day i just called it "i love it when characters get hurt" .. This is such a good question though lol. If anyone wants to leave their controversial whump opinion in the comments I'd enjoy reading through them.

Whump ask for n2! And feel free to make it detailed X3
HEY YOU! :D Okay uhhh let's see... 2. What is your favorite type of whump? -looks around at blog- .. well... .. You may be shocked to hear this, but Rofl jk I'm sorry I'll answer this question seriously. Hm...My favorite scenario is typically a drowning/rescue between 2 people, with no other help or any possibility of outside intervention. No medical tools, not really my thing. Au naturel for me. I like it when the rescuer/caretaker is panicky and also a little clumsy because they're so distraught. Desperate hands slipping over a wet body is just too good. Aaaand I love it if there's a moment (right before the resolution) when all seems lost and whumpee appears to be totally gone, and that's when the situation becomes very frantic and maybe even a touch aggressive? Juuuust a touch. I like to see the caretaker/rescuer lose themselves in the situation, yknow? Thanks for asking and letting me ramble, ady
