TUMBLR WEEDS

Well everyone is getting out of Dodge. A week from now and the new safe and happy TUMBLR will crush adult content. When things were iffy over on BLOGGER 4 years ago, I migrated to TUMBLR. Initially I was going to keep both blogs independent but due to time constraints, made the TUMBLR into a mirror of my main blog on BLOGGER. It would mean a lot to me if my TUMBLR fans would head over to BLOGGER and ‘follow/subscribe’ to that account. That would boost my ego. This article from 2017 foretells the killing of TUMBLR as we know it. Verizon is an anti-net neutrality corporation and owner of YAHOO (now merely a brand). Part of net neutrality is to protect everyone from the demands and practices of big corporations.

As you may be aware TUMBLR (now owned by Verizon) a company that hates net neutrality is essentially killing off the platform on 17th December 2018. This means that the very blog you are reading will either no longer be searchable except to the people who already know about it, or removed completely. (Who wants pixellated nips etc?). Fear not.
