We've been taught that the only way to live a full life is to perform. So we turn to social media for the audience and broadcast ourselves. And slowly we turn our friends into viewers as friendship becomes 👍and ❤️ and numbers on a screen. We're addicted to it. And if you feed this fire too much you'll watch as you can't have friends. For you the only personality you will come to know is a performer. You can become "known and yet alone" (Einstein). If you still can break from this, do it.
