LOOK AT THESE TWO BEAUTIFUL BEASTS.

I cannot describe in words how excited I was to win Howl in Kyoht's TG Ridgie Giveaway RP Challenge. I've followed her dragons' stories for so long, it was awesome to be a part of them. As for the two lovebirds...

HOWL is... overbearing, arrogant, uncompromisingly narcissistic, and prissier than a peacock...not to mention, always vibrating with some fierce, barely contained wildness. He is pristine and polished, and yet, there is always a...sense that he, more than any member of the gentle commune, is the most dangerous of them all, that on a mere chance, a whim, the entertainingly eccentric ridgeback can turn on you in pure violence, without ever batting an eyelash or waver in his ever-present smile.

DULCINEA is...an inveterate diva of the most overdramatic kind, Dulcinea is quite aware of her own loveliness and will be sure you are as well, thank you very much. She is saved from being unbearable merely by the fact she is surprisingly kind and exceedingly generous (after all, is her stunning beauty not enough of a gift for one dragon? Why, any more and the world simply would not be able to handle her blessing...), though she will always be overconfident to the point of egotistic, and hoplelessly self-admiring.

TOGETHER..Setting that aside, she and her beloved Howl (and he and his beloved Dulcinea) are almost disgustingly devoted to one another, and their combined vanity would no doubt exasperate any but the most patent of clans...which is, perhaps, why these two charismatic, energetic dragons have settled in such a place that seems so out of character. But watch them for awhile, set aside their strange, brazen habits, and you might catch Howl and Dulcinea's moments of true gentleness, and the generosity characteristic of this quiet, settled group. But be prepared for them to brag loftily about it the moment you catch them.

How, oh how, does my gentle, patient nature commune put up with these two? ;)

So I'm sitting in the library between classes, playing Jigsaw, and my friend pops over and asks what I'm doing, so I told her I was sorting out the leafy bits from the branchy bits, and the girl at the next computer WHIRLS around with a gasp and says, "Don't you talk about Mommy Gladekeeper's leafy bits!"
