Tmw one chapter ends and a new chapter begins in audiobooks is so funny to me because if the chapter is long enough the narrators voice gets hoarse and thin and then what i imagine is hours or even a. Whole day later of rest then the next chapter begins and theres always a moment that i dont believe that its the same voice reading to me.

"Out of pocket" is such a funny saying. Because to older generations they connect it to their phone. A device that if out of their pocket is unreachable and therefore they too are unreach able. Which is a very point A to point B thought process. Phones in pocket, I have communication. Phone out of pocket, I have no communication.

And then there's the younger generation. Which is more like if you gave a two year old a crayon and a paper and then tried to ride the road they have provided. But I think I've connected the dots. I have jumped to conclusions and my conclusion is that it's actually more connected to that stupid middle school prank of looking at your friends and saying 'you dropped your pocket'.

What a batshit scenary it is to drop your pocket? That can't happen, and yet you look.
