Heket! Such a cool godess, if Leshy wasn't in the game then Heket would def be my favorite. And yet he takes the trophy home, I think it was for his head tilts and funky noises. I assume she is the one covered most in bandages as seen in her uh Eldritch form where bandages are on her arms and Y'know the whole spiel of... yeaah the crown probably has a lot of work up for it.

SHAMURA JUMPSCARE, I promise this one isn't about shamura very much, they just happen to be the first person kallamar interacts with. This one takes place 100 years after the last comic, so not a terribly long time for a god but no small amount of time either. I always thought the quick passage of time in the game represented a god's immortality making every day seem short and indistinguishable, so when I make time gaps that are a WHOLE LIFETIME, for them it's like 100 years is more like 1-3 years?

Anyway I'm sure kallamar will get some time off to admire themself in the mirror. All they have to do is see what heket wants, keep shamura placated and that's it. I should have part 2 up tomorrow but I'm kinda behind on pages cause there's...there's so many......I had this finished like five days ago and I have up to only part 3 done......save me

I wanted to draw other people's renditions of the bishops in the past because I tend to draw mine the exact same way every time. I instinctively drew your guy's crown pulled down to his eyes and gave him lopsided freckles before remembering OH YEAH.....so it was fun getting out of my usual box but still getting to draw That One Guy From the Game I Like at the same time!

I just wanted to draw him, I remember hating this guy when I first fought him and gave him the worst jobs possible. Now on my 5th playthrough he is my first disciple and great for missionaries with high chances. This will probably be the only thing I'll color. :]

grAHGARGFLKLK THIS IS PROBABLY GONNA BE ONE OF THOSE THINGS SOMEONE TELLS ME AND I THINK ABOUT IT FOREVER AFTERWARDS. IN A GOOD WAY I MEAN. The first time I posted my cotl art, it was on reddit and someone said they wanted me to make a whole cartoon using the designs in the ref sheets I made, I was thinking about it while making that hamburger time video earlier actually.

I don't animate much just because I don't have the software for it (everything I've animated so far has been in paint tool sai + capcut OR gifmaker.me) but in the alternate universe where I picked up animation instead of comics, I would 10000% be working on a pilot for a bishop sitcom/slice of life thing that devolves into unending anguish over the course of a season. So I appreciate you sending this ask cause even if it'll never be a thing I can feasibly make, I'm really happy hearing someone thinks my art would make for a Family Hijinx/Tragedy cartoon

A good ending to my Au

My Lamb has pronouns he/him. So it's not a translation mistake, it's my headcanon.

Lamb finds the bishops' crowns (as some of them once did at the beginning of their journey), and gives them the choice of whether to accept them or not.

Only Leshy and Kallamar agree to take their crowns back. Heket and Shamura see no need for them, those have formed their own mortal lives already. Narinder takes on the purple crown in tribute to Shamura.

Once again the parallel of Lamb and Shamura, that now leaders of their cults. And in the new realities, the former-new bishops have opposite roles.

I managed to finish the sketch for this within 24 hours but I can't promise I'll ever actually like finish it, so if I never do the actual art for this......here's proof it exists lmao. It's pretty much gonna be this same exact thing with more editing/actual backgrounds/lined + colored characters. The conversation takes place in that weird room from the official comic btw

The audio is from metalocalypse and it's SO WEIRD hearing these voices come out of the bishops because they fit oddly well imo. NOT SHAMURA AS TOKI THOUGH. THAT IS A CURSED PAIR THAT CAME ONLY FROM A LACK OF OPTIONS.
