Funny thing is that I see people talking about fasting for 24 hours (good for you, it’s already something) but idk my brain just said “nah fuck 24, go for 130” and so my first fast was 130 hours

i feel like i feel too much. i love people and get attached too easily. i go out of my way to show people i love them and make sure they know i care. a lot of the time i wish i didn’t, all it does is hurt me
but i also love loving people. it’s just that sometimes id like a little bit of that love in return

I started this restriction thing last month and in this month I’ve gone from 70.2 kg (155 lbs) to 62.7 kg (138 lbs)!!! I’ve lost 7,5 kg = 17 lbs within the first month. If you’re wondering how I’ll list what I’ve done. If you have any tips you wanna share, feel free! Happy November!
- I have adjusted my fasting in a way that fits me. I try to fast or eat as little as I can Monday through Friday since I’m more at school, less with my family. I study a lot to distract me from hunger and as an excuse for not eating dinner with my family. If my mom insists, I get a plate of food and bring it to my room and throw it away. I tell my friends that I had my own lunch at school and ate it earlier or I get a bit on my plate and just cut it into pieces.
- on weekends i allow myself one meal a day (OMAD) and it’s usually dinner with my family. I get a little bit of the actual food and fill my plate with salad. I told my family i wanna eat more vegan but didn’t say they need to make me a different meal.
- I don’t really workout. I always walk at least 2 km= 1,2 mi a day (home to bus stop in the morning and afternoon) and if I have time, I try to take another walk after school (usually around 6km = 3,7 mi).
- I could’ve lost more but this was my first month with a lot of struggles and learning. I even dropped to 65 kg at one point just to gain it back to 67 kg. I binged a lot on weekends until I made my fasting routine. Now, I feel like I’m at a good point. Even if I don’t loose that 10kg that is my goal for this November - December period, 7,5 kg is already a lot. Also, I have a thigh gap (small but there) for the first time in years!!
