Overtime, I found myself way more interested in making art than programming. I've decided to take a break from college and work part-time in order to focus all my attention on art.

It’s utterly unbelievable how one artist, yet alone a whole team of artists, can draw the same character again and again for 2d animation and stay on model. I’ve been trying for the last month to draw this one guy and I have no idea how 2d animation is even possible. I’m almost not surprised big studios move to 3d haha.

Created a reference sheet of Korra so I could draw some more complicated stuff later.
The face kinda creeps me out because it sorta looks like Korra but something is off. Also I struggled with drawing muscles so she looks kinda emaciated.

My first real attempt designing a character. I started with doing some studies of male dress clothes on Pinterest. Then I took photos of myself wearing a dress shirt and holding a pullup bar because that was the closest thing I had to a Gatling gun haha.
