Is it safe for me to say that I understand Amelie's perspective completely. Her main skills are planning and leadership, and of course, she would want to display these important skills early. Then, for her team to choose Diego as a leader, someone who has no extensive knowledge of leadership, just because he is familiar with being outside. I'd be pissed too.

Sure, she could have been a bit kinder with it. But the group didn't even consider asking if anyone else wanted to lead.
