Thanks! I understand there are more tags than just OC RP. However a lot of 1x1 is also fandom. I don’t mind some shifting, but when my eyes are being assaulted with what looks like spammy discord groups, it gets pretty frustrating and discouraging.

It is so frustrating trying to find a partner anymore on here. Folks only seem to want to do those giant OC groups which I am not a fan of. I miss the magic of creating a story with one other person and it being our shared universe rather than talking over one another and feeling as if one character just doesn't fit "right". Most slice of life RP ads are seemingly lost in the ridiculous spamming that comes from these groups. Please, if you are an admin for one of these groups please tag differently. You are clogging up the damn tags with your ads. I was one on one. Not groups were you have to jump through hoops for days to even get noticed by maybe one other partner in the group. Fuck.

If you see this rant and feel similarly please hit me up because I have a ridiculous amount of time on my hands in December and January.

Looking for some fresh ideas again!

I am looking for a partner to write a slice of life style OC RP. If you are under 21 please scroll on.

Currently wanting to write with: Astrid, Laura, or Joey. My bios are not set in stone. Characters can be aged up or down and can change locations typically.

Requirements (some are flexible, musts are in bold):

Respond at least a few times a week

Communicate when losing interest

Share ideas (I don’t want to be the only one coming up with plots)

Use Discord (I can build the server)

Use third person para (Past/Present tense)

Marvel, LOTR, and a handful of other fandoms are fun, but do understand I am not going to know EVERYTHING

Characters must be OC’s I do not write as actual people. (Example; FC is Michael Phelps, character should not try to match everything in his real life, but of course can be a swimmer bc inspo pics are great!)

Age gaps are cool as long as everyone is LEGAL!!!!

NSFW is something I write, but we can always fade to black

Enjoy chatting out of character.

Plots can be wholesome, I would like some darker elements, but no murderers, assassins, or anything like that. But Marvel is always the exception to this.

Pairing preference is FXM or MXM with myself playing the female role.

No doubles off the bat. I feel like one always ends up neglected. After a couple months I am usually willing to reevaluate this!

I am in my mid twenties and transmasc. I am super into music and I am currently binging a lot of X-Men content. I work in music so slice of life for a reason! With that I also need time to myself outside of RP and work. I may be gone for a day or two at a time, but will typically communicate and possibly still chat OOC. I love banter and especially love sending inspo pics, videos (tiktok), and even music. I don’t need you to be my bestie, but I would love to be friends. It makes plotting and communicating so much easier if we have lore.
