nvm i discovered thanks to a convo that Beyond Ken and Joe have possibly the same height but now i noticed Iori is still 160cm and now MIYAKO GOT HER GORGEOUS 165cm RETCONED TO MAKE IORI TALLER

to hell with Kizuna/02TB or tri. getting "retconned", the real retcon this thing did was just shrinking Inoue Miyako 5-or-more centimeters in order to make Iori taller than her.

"maybe she had heels in Kizuna/02TB" nope, she never had them on at all, and the info about her height came from a theater bonus merch, possibly using the movie's info to make it idk.

even if the merch was wrong, the movie shows her next to Iori and she's indeed TALLER than him.

idk, i know the majority of the fans don't like Iori being short but you don't need to SHRINK a very tall girl, *canonically* tall i must remind you, to make him be taller.

i used Noel as my guinea pig, i hope everyone will enjoy them!! this is my first time making something like this, so if anyone have suggestions or ideas for next sets, i'll be glad to hear you out!

this is just me feeling hit by bad news and then driven my anxiety and paranoia deeper but

i wonder if peeps like my art or they don't because i draw more humans than the mons or fanmade mons because honestly i feel kinda… discouraged even to draw my OCs nowadays

i love the digimon (critter) and i also love to make OCs (especially digi-OCs) but at the same time i think i'm terribly bad at this. ofc i won't stop trying and i will do whatever i want, but sometimes i do wonder if my efforts are worthy or not.

am i doing something wrong?

what should i do to beat this awful insecurity and the sense that i'm not doing well at anything...?

I saw that Digica revealed a new Digimon Kaiser card and then a friend commented "oh gosh he looks even stupider here"

which led me to muse "y'know i wonder how future Ken would react to this"

and then friend thought it could be like Ina11's Hiroto's reaction to his young self.

to avoid confusion since i like both characters:

i only use "Ken" for Digimon's Ichijouji Ken (or even, Ken-chan) and i will only use "Amada-kun" for Persona 3's Amada Ken.

working on fanfiction stuff quite lately once again and i discovered i can't get to make that hairstyle for Ken to work so i'm using my own default ideas.

i know many people did not like Kizuna/02TB hairstyle he had, but after my initial shock with it in late July 2019, that haircut became one of my favorites for him.... because he's a neat guy with more of a polite manner so i can see why he would keep his hair short for a while...

... and why he got it long again in the epilogue is probably for reasons idk yet, except that he probably either had Miyako's suggestion to keep it longer... or he watched Kuuga and enjoyed the idea of mimicking Ichijou Kaoru's hairstyle...

I mean, the epilogue Ken design and possibly his career as police detective are a nod to Kamen Rider Kuuga... I have yet to watch Kuuga though... both Kuuga and 02 aired in the same year (2000 to 2001) so there's some 02 fans who are also Kuuga fans...

(pls don't yell at me, i'm trying my best to... try to accept that new design... and recently i learned they thought up to eight different hairstyles for him in 02TB...)
