he's actually a bloodborne oc, so if you're unfamiliar with the game and its premise, i'll try to explain it so even someone who isn't a fan understands. also gonna put this under a readmore because yikes it got outta hand.

basically in his city, yharnam, there is a disease known as the scourge that steadily transforms people into what are really just werewolves (they're simply referred to as beasts in the game). because this disease has been so rampant, and so many of the city's citizens have been turned into savage monsters, there's groups of people devoted to hunting down the infected known as hunters. my character, elias, happens to be one of them. he's a talented hunter and a savage on the battlefield, but outside of hunting, he's as kind as can be. fastest way to summarize him is through a tumblr post i saw a while ago: he's "submissive in the way a livestock guardian dog is submissive to the sheep it kills for"

unfortunately, he began to manifest the first signs of the scourge. in the game, there's something known as runes. hunters can equip these symbols and gain powers through them. through a lot of bullshit and LOTS of headcanons of my own, he came in possession of a forbidden rune known as the beast's embrace. the rune was intended to control the power of the scourge, and it mostly succeeded, but it transforms its users into a partial beast. given players can use it, i imagine it allows hunters to keep their mind so they're not constantly succumbing to bloodlust. they're just...more furry looking lol. so elias gave up his diseased human self and has taken on this monstrous state to keep his mind intact.

this is not the only thing he's sacrificed. because he resembles a beast more than a human, he is ostracized. out of the desire to protect his city and loved ones, he continues hunting those who have fully fallen prey to the scourge, this time alone. despite his isolation, he's kept his altruistic nature, but overtime that altruism is often at the expense of his own safety.

i ended up liking him so much that i drag his ass through billions of aus now, whether fandom or original.

i have a few pieces of art i'd be happy to share! he's been through a few redesigns so a lot of the art is inconsistent, with the one you found him from being his most modern design. initially he was identical to the beast's embrace model from the game. i'd upload an image, but it's kind of comical how difficult it is to get a good screenshot of bloodborne. over time i wanted him to be a little less scraggly and more bulky.

Another sibling in Marika's disaster of a family who is super okay with the fact that Miquella gets so much more attention than her :) really it's fine :) It's great really :) she loves him too so it's all okay :)

When she was little and before things got Complicated with that side of the family, she would go play with her big brothers Morgott and Mohg because they got just as little attention as she did. They're The Same, you see. (It definitely didn't break her heart when they stopped talking to her and seemed to just up and vanish. Who said that)

She got to know all of Miquella's plans before anybody else so she also knew that whatever he was doing was going to ruin his life hardcore. So she's gotta ruin his life first so it doesn't get ruined quite as bad.

She met up with Godwyn in the hospital after the Abandonment Incident. He's different from how she remembers him but that's okay. She's gonna latch onto any brother she encounters bc she needs something to anchor her.

Godwyn got her a service dog. He's the biggest, wettest Irish wolfhound on the planet. She loves him dearly. His name is Putty (Sir Putty when he has Tasks). When he's off duty he likes to roll around in the mud.

I don't remember who posted about stealth CEO Morgott pretending to be his dad over Zoom or something, but honestly, inspired. He still dresses like a disaster though. Nobody would ever guess that he's in charge of anything. Anyway, he'd have the means to help take care of Trina after the Incident. She'd be like a sad baby seal when she sees him again. Especially if whatever Miquella's doing is affecting business or whatever. She's trying to help and also make Morgott happy bc he definitely Is Not looking like it.

Trina: We could kill him... Morgott: Trina, that's illegal. Trina: ... Putty could eat him probably... Morgott: No.

Idk what Mohg's doing exactly, but Miquella would've ruined his life in the process of ruining his own, so he's gonna have some beef with him. However, he and Trina would have a common goal of ruining Miquella's life before he can do it his own way, so they could have an alliance. Even if Trina's also like a sad baby seal seeing him again. She missed him and feels so so bad about whatever Miquella did. Especially if she kept quiet about it or had some hand in how it happened.

Morgott disapproving of Trina spending time with Mohg bc he's a bad influence but little does he know Trina already has Issues so who's the worse influence really

imagine younger morgott and mohg growing up in the sewers. theyre big enough to use the weapons their dad left for them, but he hasnt come back to see them in a long time. they dont really know whats going on in leyndell, except MAYBE the ceiling shakes sometimes and dragon shrieking happens a LOT. the sewers absolutely suck major balls: the other omens arent exactly their allies, they never know when an omenkiller might show up, and theres part of the sewers where crazy people shoot fire out of their faces. they just avoid that place as much as possible.

and then one day, one of them hears something down a tunnel. an omen spotting something and going on the offensive before its opponent can. but instead of the sounds of combat, theres a squeak of surprise and an incantation's chime. lavender light appears from the same direction, followed by a girls whisper echoing, "youre probably grumpy because youre tired. a nice nap should help. sweet dreams!"

a little girl with long lavender hair walks through the sewers with all the comfort she might through a flower filled meadow, perfectly at home with all the grime and muck, and a smile on her face as she hums to herself. she shouldnt be so at ease in such a dangerous place, but she tries to talk to every omen she sees, only to perform that same lavender incantation each time shes attacked. against all odds, the omens lay down their weapons in sleep - and a peaceful sleep at that. the girl wishes each and every one sweet dreams before she resumes her stroll.

morgott has ample time to observe her strangeness before confronting her, not with violence but with a stern warning and a demand to know her identity. the girl seems awestruck by his intact horns, and his willingness to talk brings a brilliant smile - the kind rarely seen in the sewers - to her face. she introduces herself as trina, and she heard that there were people living down here. she just wanted to meet them, and see if she could help them. and so far, its seemed like everyone could use a good nights sleep.

theres no mention of miquella, nor his desire to learn his mothers secrets hidden away from the erdtrees radiance. his schemes are still percolating, and trina is only meant to gather information. but that wont stop her from talking to the omens, rats, and even the frenzied merchants hiding away in the depths. theres room in her heart for everyone, especially the royal omen twins who she unquestioningly accepts as her brothers. let them think that she is just another child of marika, an individual separate from miquella. in the sewer - in the muck and grime - she can be an individual, loved for *herself* and not for miquellas charms. she can love her brothers as they are, not for what miquella can take from them.

someday, trina will vanish like godfrey did, leaving the frenzied merchants with her song. mohg is caught off-guard by miquella, believing for a moment that he is the sister he loved so dearly. her influence made it all the easier for miquella to steal his heart. morgott does not know trinas nature, and doesnt realize the hand she had in miquellas treachery. she is just another person to abandon him, and perhaps the golden order as well.

and someday trina will return to the muck and grime, her love cast away by her other half. she will be at home there, among the putresence, as long as it takes for miquellas scheme to be thwarted.
