Creations Renew: VALENTINES SPECIAL! (01/14)

Day 1 - “JOURNAL: The First Story”

These two are technically my first OCs, their first story, their very first “past lives” having been written on just a notebook during 6th grade in 2016. Their first story was meant to just be one of those romance stories tailored to my own liking since, well, I was the only one who would even bother reading such a story. But instead of a typical school setting, their story takes place after they finish college and become working adults.

Of course, due to the fact that I was just a kid at the time who had no real experience working, not to mention that I wasn’t nowhere near close to reaching or even graduating college at the time, their story was eventually stopped early-2017 due to my lack of both interest and knowledge towards the story, not to mention my constant want to create an Undertale AU at the time.

Little did past me know that after more than half a decade, their story would be a part of an even bigger universe that involved me in it as Zachary’s own father. And with all the knowledge I’ve gained from my own life and do intend to use as a reference for their story, I’ve finally decided to pick their story back up, giving them their own chance to create their own story. To start anew, alongside the rest of my OCs and me.

And with all that being said, formalities aside and their first past life/story lore revealed,

Well, I have one great cousin who taught and proved to me that pain’s just one of the spices that make life meaningful, that makes it all worth living and fighting for despite the hardships and pain. So, it’s thanks to them that I’m the person that I am now today ^-^

Finding CLOSURE.

The first story she’d ever heard from me was from 2017, in one of our school activities, about Qyu. You know, the dog inside the memories that Dogg holds from childhood and what happened to Qyu when I was only 5 years old. That’s how we first met, also the first ever time when I used a part of my past to present as a story. She was the first person to have ever loved my way of telling a story through literature, also the first person to have ever given me the idea of writing written stories to show to my cousin who was my only audience at the time.

After those happy moments and memories made that year, right around February 2018, was supposedly the most dreadful chapter of not only my life, but also hers due to something that happened to her that I’d rather not disclose. But despite that, I see now just how much she’d turned a part of my story into something more than just a dreadful part of my past. And now, I realized. I never had a dreadful chapter in my life after all.

What I ended up having was the most impactful “bittersweet” chapter of my life which lasted from 2017 to 2021.

January’s coming to a close and despite not being able to reach my goal of being able to post the next update of the comic this month, I’m honestly happy that I was still able to post and give more context about Chlairre, my Chlairre, and how her story impacted both my OCs and mine.

I do intend to shift the mood/atmosphere this upcoming February since, well, it’s hearts month! Though, hopefully, and it’s very likely that by the end of that plan of mine, the next comic update comes out. So, this month’s gonna be very eventful. And with all of that being said,

All of this seemed very personal, are you still all alright ?

I am more than alright, don’t worry. In fact, my chest feels a lot lighter than last year’s. Not just from talking and reconnecting with her family these past months, but also for being able to tell her story and how she became a part of both my life story and my OCs origins.

I’d consider this as a tribute to her, our time spent together back in the past, retold through both my words and engraved in my OCs core. That’s why I consider her as their own mother, after all. So yeah,

I’m more than okay. Happier even, knowing I had someone like her in my life once. ^-^✨

Remembering the Past.

Ever since me and Chlairre got into literature, writing stories, planning to show it to one of my cousins for the first time, besides the best storyboard, we also both tried looking for a good pair for Zachary. I wish I could’ve told her about their Stela and their first story together or how I wish she could’ve seen all of this unfold. Chlairre would’ve loved them, bet she would’ve made lots of fanfics of them too haha.

There’s just… something about Stela and Zachary that really stuck to me. The fact that Zach waited for years and still remembers her and what he had with her, despite following my scripts and getting lost in all the timelines, whilst Stela waited for 7 years, dreaming the same first story they’ve had and having to wake up in a blank void of their collapsed world, clinging on tight to what once was and hoping it’ll all just come back.

Nevertheless, Zach misses her, Chlairre too. He’s the first OC to have met her and be cared so much for, after all.

This year was like a rollercoaster, full of tough challenges but also precious moments that I deeply cherish. Sometimes, thinking about what 2025 might bring fills me with a bit of anxiety, but I want you to know that I’ll keep giving my best, even during Underverse’s hiatus.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the immense support you’ve given me this year. Your messages, your fanworks, all of it has helped me keep going. You are the driving force that makes everything worthwhile, and despite all the things I've faced in this community, I’m proud to be part of it.

From my heart, I wish you a 2025 full of good lessons and moments of joy. May you find the strength to overcome hard days and the spirit to keep supporting other artists.

Thank you for being here. Can't wait to start working on new projects and sharing with you what I love to do.

A veces, pensar en lo que pueda traer el 2025 me causa un poco de ansiedad, pero quiero que sepan que seguiré dando lo mejor de mí, incluso durante el hiatus de Underverse. Quiero agradecerles desde el fondo de mi corazón por el inmenso apoyo que me han dado este año. Sus mensajes, sus fanarts… todo eso me ha ayudado a seguir adelante. Ustedes son la fuerza que hace que todo valga la pena, y a pesar de todo lo que he enfrentado en esta comunidad, me siento orgullosa de formar parte de ella.

De corazón, les deseo un 2025 lleno de buenos aprendizajes y momentos de alegría. Que encuentren la fuerza para superar los días difíciles y el ánimo para seguir apoyando a otros artistas. Gracias por estar aquí. No puedo esperar para empezar a trabajar en nuevos proyectos y compartir con ustedes lo que amo hacer.
