🇭🇺Zsemlék. ❤️ Élesztôs-kovászos. Pontosan 30g szénhidráttal, 1 kivételével. Szerintem egy jó ideig most csak zsemlét fogok sütni, lényegesen egyszerûbb ez most így.
70%tk, 30% fehérkenyér liszt
70% hidratáció
30 perc Autolízis
50% kovász, fele-fele arányban mindkét lisztbôl
7g élesztô
7g só
Duplájára keleszteni
Kiadagolni (6 db 91-92 g-os darab+1 db 55g-os lett)
Tepsiben sütöttem, 1-et pedig ráborítottam és abtetejét bespricceltem vízzel. .
. 🇬🇧Rolls. Exactly 30g carbs, exclude one in the middle. I think I will baking just rolls for a while, it's easier in the morning rush.
70% wmeal +30% white bread flour
70 % Hydration
30 minutes Autolyse
50% starter with 50-50% wmeal a white bread flour
7g yeast
7 g salt
Leavened to double size
Cut them into 91-92 g portions each
Bake on a tray and take an another one. Spray a bit of water to this and cover the rolls with it.

to anyone who thinks those of us with invisible disabilities have “passing privilege”:
being denied access to resources you need is not a privilege.
being refused disability benefits at first glance because you look “healthy” is not a privilege.
getting dirty looks and having insults thrown at you for parking in a disabled space, using a disabled toilet or sitting in disabled seating is not a privilege.
getting accused of faking or exaggerating because “you look fine” is not a privilege.
being made to feel like you shouldn’t sometimes use mobility aids/wheelchairs because you “seem fine without them” is not a privilege.
having doctors not believe you’re sick and even refuse to give you any tests or diagnosis is not a privilege.
being denied treatment and medication because doctors don’t believe you really need it is not a privilege.
constantly being told that “you don't look sick” when you tell someone about your disability is not a privilege.
being forced to do things that you really struggle to do because “you seem fine” and “you CAN technically do them” is not a privilege.
constantly worrying about how you look and if you should wear certain clothes, make up or do your hair because you’re afraid it might give people another reason to deny your conditions is not a privilege.
being afraid to even tell people about your conditions because you’re worried about how they’ll react and if they’ll believe you is not a privilege.
having your own loved ones question you is not a privilege.
questioning yourself and wondering if it is all in your head is not a privilege.
looking healthy does not mean you get the privilege that comes with a healthy body and mind. having an invisible disability is NOT a privilege and never will be.

🇭🇺Nem volt rossz, de lehetett volna jobb is. Kicsit vonszoltam magam és folyton lefulladtam. Ez általában rosszabb cukorértékeknél van, vagy ha nem eszem elég fehérjét.

Végigrohantam az elmúlt hetet és ennek a fehérjebevitel látta kárát.... Talán ez volt az egyik ok a melegen kívül.

Mindenesetre vettem elektrolit pótlást is, köszi @futolepes a múltkori cikket a témában hasznos volt!

Ugyan Mg pótlást szedek az izomgörcsök miatt, de amióta meleg van, megint feszesebbek fájdalmasabbak az izmaim. Ez mondjuk lehet a kevesebb futás miatt is... Futás közben meg én is izzadok, nem árt egy kis visszapótlás a rövidke angol nyár alatt sem. 😉

🇬🇧It was not really bad, but I could do it better. I dragged myself along and always needed to stop. This means usually worse bad sugar levels or inadequate protein intake.

I rushed over last week and then my protein consumption suffered. Maybe this was the reason not just the hot temperature.

Anyway, I bought electrolyte tablets as well. Thanks for your article @futolepes , it was useful.

Though I used to take Magnesium supplement, because of the frequent muscle spasms, but I am more painful in this hot weather and usueful to refill some minerals because of the increased sweat during exercise.
