The mind is like that of the ocean, deep dark and never ending, most people assume the ocean has a bottom when this isn't true, it has floors but no bottom. Our minds are similar in fact identical. The ocean is a womb where all life originates, just as our minds are where our thoughts originate. Creations as abundant as ones imagination allows, the mind has no end nor any beginning, full of water and light bending through it coming from the pineal as it's core.
All mental images we see are formed in this liquid via the light projected from the third eye which I call the first eye because it came before the other two we are so far familiar with. If we conceive(imagine) something dark or negative then this may mean we have something dark dwelling within our minds(ocean of consciousness) which we must purge. Our thoughts create life, think of every idea and thought as living creatures, they have their own life force and are born of the womb of our minds.
The simple "thinks" are like algae in the ocean, not having significant life yet feeding our "thoughts" which are like single fish which eat these thinks to grow and evolve. Thoughts have more life force than thinks because you put more energy into thoughts whereas thinks simply come and go. Thoughts grow into ideas once they gain enough life force (attention) and are fed enough thinks to create growth into more complex ideas. Ideas are like families of thoughts or a school of fish, they are composed of many thoughts and thinks alike which begin to "make sense" as in they are coming to life gaining a sense of self. These ideas are the things which constantly swim back and forth like goldfish in our minds causing us to dwell on them, by dwelling upon them we feed them energy which keeps them alive because we are that energy which dwells upon them, simply observing growth as if we were scientists carefully watching sea monkeys develop.
Were we to stop feeding them via FOCUS we would kill them off via neglect. Once these ideas have gained signifying amounts of energy they become concepts and these are likened to bigger fish. Some concepts can be gentle dolphins whilst others can be dangerous sharks or even killer whales. These concepts are the parts of our minds that either help us or hurt us as in the creation of skills or habits. We as the creators/mothers and fathers/rulers of these life forms must take responsibility and control of them.
We sometimes wonder why these thoughts seem to have minds of their own and it's simply because we've nurtured them for so long unaware of their lives in any way similar to someone who drops crumbs upon the floor unaware that those crumbs feed millions of microorganisms. These concepts can be self inflicted however they are usually the by product of allowing others ideas to merge with your own or simply by someone planting an alien (foreign) idea which you may have never considered. Examples of such concepts are those like aging, death, religion, physics and things of that nature. These can be toxic because without these concepts we would not experience certain things because we would not have such organisms, entities, or programs in our minds at birth.
By accepting them we allow these foreign ideas to ravage our minds and take its toll on our lives, simply if you accept something that someone brought to your attention then it must affect you, the same way that if you accept a loan from a bank you also accept the promise to pay back with interest or if you accept a contract you also accept the terms of agreement. Simply put, treat your minds as the ocean and your thoughts as your own creatures, allow the useless ones to perish while shining light upon others promoting their growth.

Does the light shine off into the distance eventually becoming darkness, or does the darkness simply encompass the light?
The darkness is light, it is the concentration of light allowing no light to escape it's pull, darkness is magnetic in nature. The light allows for the release of energy which manifests color be it, red, green, or blue those are simply perceived because the source of the darkness chose to release that color. Darkness and light are truly one in the same, only having different functions, light being reflected is electric in nature, when this light (inversion of darkness) chooses to release energy it shines a pure white/gold light.
The universe is a very big place, yet very small at the same time, this same universe dwells within each and every atom. We are the universe and we have main stars which keep the body in harmony when they are attune with one another. The many stars in our bodies can collapse on themselves and become black holes, sucking up all light within a certain range via gravitational pull. This happens when we are put under pressure (stress) which literally pressures the stars inside you, this is caused by the stagnation of energy.
When you allow one of the three main suns within to collapse and become black holes you knock the whole system out of tune and that star begins to get denser as it absorbs the light within the body. This is why people begin to deteriorate, besides water the body needs its light to perform optimally. The three major sun's that should be taken care of are the one in the belly, heart, and head. As long as these 3 are balanced they will affect the others via gravity and resonance. When the Sun in the belly begins to collapse it causes you to become a glutton because that black hole needs food(energy/calories/heat). When the Sun in the heart begins to collapse it causes a heavy heart, since light is being compressed in a small space it gets denser, and this black hole craves love (or it's polar opp hate). Lastly when the Sun in the head/crown collapses it causes headaches, worry, fear, depression, illusion this black hole absorbs information/beliefs. Keep these suns in mind and your body will thank you greatly

How deep does it really go, not many beings know.
This hole constantly spiraling deeper into darkness, the width getting more narrow as time goes on. Until a point is reached, as if the hole was tapered off, there being only a speck of light shining through. By this time you've been falling so long, so deep that you have fallen asleep, losing majority of your essence in the process. Now there is only a portion of you remaining, the rest of your essence acting as a bungie cable to keep you connected to the "main idea" which is yourself. You awaken in a new world unaware of that which you came from. You hear a voice from within "I welcome thee to the world of temptation and reflections", says the voice, so strong and resounding that the world around you seems to shake. You stagger about in a vessel that you seemed to have "fell inside" when you came from the world above, not having full control over it as though your driving for the first time. "Tis only a RENTal ye musnt get to attached to it" yells the mysterious voice, "For if thou are to get attached to it thy will surely forget that from which ye came".
Having no idea what this means you continue on, walking down a seemingly endless hallway full of doors leading to different paths, some abstract, full of shapes, colors and harmonic tones, some empty full of darkness, but one stands out above all, seeming more vivid in that it has laws, standards, and concepts that seem to peak your interest. You enter this door and it gets dark very dark, you forget everything and awaken to bright lights and frantic noises, " what is this, where am I....who.... am I" You ask yourself as you peer around at the eerie atmosphere that seems to distort your perception of yourself as well. You see men conversing with one another above you. You scream out, "someone help me, I can't remember anything" then you realize your words don't correlate with your thoughts. Your now confused, angry, uncomfortable. The men hear your cries for help, yet they respond not to you but to a man and a women.
They are your parents, they glance over at you gleefully, smiling and waving. You being so distraught have no way of expressing yourself so you are left only with the option of crying.... screaming. The pain is deep, a feeling of uneasiness envelopes you as though you were a prisoner in your own body. You have a strong feeling within as the voice returns "Tis only an illusion thou needn't worry, for ye are still connected, but nary a day should thyne get attached, for Lo and behold if ye take no heed to this message ye shall surely parish as is the fate of all that belong to the world of mirrors". With that you were calmed, and you doze off to sleep, upon awakening you realize that you never left your "real" world. You were merely stuck, peering deep into the hole finding yourself emersed in the light at the bottom which locked you in a TRANCE like state. That's all, it was simply a dream, nothing more nothing less.... Just.... A.... Dream
