Not Yansim but this is important to me, I have two cats myself and it’s disgusting what this guy did.
I’m not going to go into detail right now as it still makes me sick to talk about it but there is a Chilean youtuber by the name of Peluchin Entertainment who has had a video of him violently killing his cat leaked. There is a rumor going around that he is finally in custody but I’m not sure the validity of this statement. People who know him claim that this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m posting this because I feel like more people need to know about it and a lot of sources about it still aren’t in English.

1. Google and other search engines exist. Rapelay, the game in question is solely about a man raping three girls (all of them related) and one as young as 12. Please honestly think about what reasons someone would play such a game, what entertainment value could anyone get out of that?
2. That disclaimer is to avoid legal action due to the content of the game. "Even if stated otherwise" it's his attempt to be able to get away doing all this to highschool aged characters. The game is set in a highscool, ranging from 1st to 3rd years, making then all between 15-18 years of age.
3. I mean yes Hanako is under 18, but since you seem to believe the others are 18 I'm genuinely confused how you could come to this conclusion.
4. He has a game mechanism designed around going around taking pictures of girls underwear (to sell to guys no less, and take a guess as to why someone would want those.) That's sexualizing them.
5. You're right! They are adults, which is why im going to talk about this.-
Taro is a teenager, while it is possible that he is 18 during his final year, there is also a chance he is 17 the entire time. Regardless Mida seems to have a habit of going after highschool boys (which is, yes pedophilia), even if it's not common for Muji, she's still a pedophile. "What if Taro's 18 though?" Even if he is it's still kinda creepy for women that are much older than him going after a barely legal boy, not to mention that they (especially Mida, being a substitute teacher) are in positions of power over Taro with them being faculty and Taro being a student. I'm not going to all of the nuances of how that can be bad even if it's between consenting adults. Even many colleges and universities have polices against professors dating students for that reason, especially professors dating their own pupils.
Okay, I don’t really know why, but I just took a closer look at @stopyanderedev.
I don’t know what to think. I expected them to be worse.
Everyone was talking about POCD and that YandereDev suffers from it or something like that.
I didn’t really knew anything about POCD, and it was weird to read things about it. I don’t know if YanderDev is actually suffering from POCD or not, but I’m pretty sure he isn’t a pedophile.
I don’t know how people came up with this. Apperantly it is because he played a game called ‘Rapeplay’. Maybe it’s also because he’s “sexualizing schoolgirls”.
Just because he played a game about rape, (I assume that’s what 'Rapeplay’ is about) it doesn’t mean he enjoyed it. It’s like saying I enjoy murder, because I like to play Yandere Simulator
There is a disclaimer at the beginning of the game, that says: ,,All characters are depicted 18 or older.“ That means, Kokona is basically an adult.
The only character in the game, that is younger than 18 is Hanako Yamada. And she isn’t sexualized in any way.
The only students that are maybe a bit sexualized are the bullies, because their skirts are a shorter.
The only other characters who are sexualized are Mida and Muja. And they’re adults.
Seriously, who came up with this?

Ex-Volunteer
So, I’ve been speaking to an ex-artist for YandereDev today (they designed the original art for Fun Girl) and I asked them to shed some light over the way they’ve been treated by Alex, since we’ve gotten so many messages asking how he treats the artists of the game.
Their response was as follows:
Volunteer: the whole deal was I was doing fun girl and rival girl sprites first it was just rival girls I was busy with work at the time so I wasn’t finishing the art at a very fast pace, the rivals I was ok with but he just gave me the vibe that he wanted the art all done before he would be forced to pay from Kickstarter or whatever it’s just my impression anyway
Alex: Oh! Hi, [redacted for privacy]! It’s very nice to hear from you again! I really liked the way you were drawing Fun-chan, so I would definitely prefer to leave the task up to you, if that’s possible! With that said, at some point within the past week, I was just thinking to myself, “I don’t think I’ll ever hear from ___ again… maybe I should ask someone else to draw Fun-chan…” There is no real deadline for Fun-chan, but I am super curious to know if it’s possible for you to estimate how long it’ll take to finish her, or if it’s simply impossible to estimate that sort of thing because of an unpredictable work schedule. If it would take you months, then perhaps I should pass the task to someone else. Thank you very much for your time and help!
Volunteer: he talks as if he’s the one in a “tough spot” to get free art
Alex: Oh, boy! Before the end of the year, huh? That feels so far away! Gosh, I really wish it could be done sooner, like within a month’s time… On that note, I have an interesting coincidence to share with you. I have only contacted two artists about the Gaster-inspired character. Both of them became overwhelmed with work / schoolwork, and stopped communicating with me for a period of over 6 months. However, within a span of 3 hours, both of those two artists contacted me and asked if the task was still open! Geez! That’s freaky! Really freaky! The other artist never actually began designing or illustrating the character. However, I think that they have much more availability than you do. So, they might be the right person for the job. I’d like to ask them the same question I asked you (how long it would take them to complete the task). If they give me an answer that is shorter than “before the end of the year” I will probably ask them for their help. In short, I’m not actually sure whether or not I should ask you to continue illustrating the character. You’re a fantastic artist, and you’ve already gotten a head start on the task, but I really don’t want this task to take longer than it already has, which is why I think that maybe I should go with the other artist. But, darn it, I like your artwork so much! I’m honestly not sure what to do. It’s a tough spot to be in. I’ll speak with the other artist about it. Until I have a verdict, I won’t expect you to draw anything. Once again, thanks for staying in touch, and thanks for your time!
Volunteer: he even says that in this email
Volunteer: after this I finished the fun-girl faces and didnt talk in forever I then noticed I got no credit for her when he was having her IN THE BUILD so I got salty and uploaded concept art
Volunteer: he noticed this and I got these messages
Alex: Hi! I noticed that you posted some concept art of Fun Girl. It kind of takes away some of her mystique and makes her less of a “creepy evil entity lurking somewhere in the game’s code, waiting to strike” if she’s just like any other character, something that an artist draws concept art of. I won’t demand that you take the art down, but I think it would help to maintain the character’s allure if you didn’t post the concept art :(
Volunteer: I replied to his tumblr and got no reply so I emailed him with the same message as on tumblr - I’d remove the concept art if he’s remove all the work I did from any build and future ones for YanSim
(FT. Me being completely amazed at his stupidity)
Volunteer: here was the reply
Alex: Oh! Um… that’s quite a surprise! I haven’t been checking my Tumblr private messages for a few weeks now. I can’t recall the last time I spoke to you over Tumblr…did someone impersonate me and contact you? I’m really surprised to hear that you don’t want your work to be used in Yandere Simulator anymore. What brought this on? What’s the problem, exactly? I have a feeling that this sudden change of heart has occurred because you read something about me and decided to take it at face value without asking me for my side of the story. If there is anything you’ve heard about me that you want me to debunk, clear up, or otherwise explain, I’d be happy to do so. I can remove all the Fun Girl art from the future builds of the game if that’s what you really want, but I feel like the first step should be attempting to remedy the situation by discussing the problem. If possible, please explain to me what’s wrong. Thanks for your time, sorry for any trouble.
Volunteer: after this I just told him “no I don’t, remove my work, fuck off” so he replied saying he would the end lol

Dev has lied and manipulated Reddit (as well as the rest of the YanSim fandom).
It’s about time I made another one of these; apologizes for entering the main tag.
On this reddit comment chain, Dev speaks about how he’s been having to deal with this and that, and if you don’t like how he’s using Easter eggs to cope, then you should just not follow the development. While that in itself is sketchy, if you continue through the chain and see Dev’s second comment, he says one thing in particular:
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/1c399428d5fdc40fd0e1d4f5283e164a/tumblr_inline_p2xwq5P2DW1v88dkm_540.jpg)
This is a lie.
How do I know it’s a lie, might you ask?
Well, the last three days (and tonight, as I’m typing this), on my discord server I programmed a Mee6 bot to watch for when both YandereDev and EvaXephon go live.
“But Dev doesn’t go by EvaXephon anymore!”
Oh, but his account is pretty active. YandereDev typically streams around 11 PM EST, (my timezone) which would be 8PM his time; excuse my language in the evidence, but this clearly shows that EvaXephon’s twitch is still active:
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/18a4dab42b3cf0453c88e1936d457777/tumblr_inline_p2xwq5DUh91v88dkm_1280.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/5e1808ce187f7688cf8ff02023c38b97/tumblr_inline_p2xwqbSjVD1v88dkm_1280.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/8042dcb3e2c1355b0d3d2e3b8c444b37/tumblr_inline_p2zqi3mfs51v88dkm_1280.jpg)
Clearly, EvaXephon is being used still, especially as displayed in tonight’s example.
I’m not surprised considering he wouldn’t want his dear loyal fans finding out that he streams longer than he claims.
So, why can’t you see his previous streams on EvaXephon, you may be asking?
Well, that’s because you need a special invite to get into the stream; I happened to get my hands on this, and the first thing to pop up is a disclaimer:
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/d85d19ec27862d368caf19ce88e0b181/tumblr_inline_p2xwqc33zo1v88dkm_540.jpg)
“This is a private webpage. The only people who should be here are a handful of my close friends.”
You may call this an “invasion of privacy”, but I call it exposing a manipulative liar.
Oh, he isn’t a manipulative liar? You see, that’s where you’re wrong: I already shown him lying directly to Reddit, which is a manipulation technique itself which enables them to wrong-foot their victim and confuse them, but his other manipulation techniques are also easy to identify.
1. He isn’t willing to change or take blame for his own actions. Constantly makes excuses for himself and denies he did any wrong, as well as bends the truth.
This has clearly been shown in situations such as the Art Theft incident, Chidiscourse, Mei Mio Hair discourse (his wording in a wordpress blog made him sound annoyed about having to change Mei’s hair back to the bun from negative response), Ex Volunteer incident, and other similar caliber.
The Chidiscourse incident also includes victim blaming, which is a common manipulation technique used where they make the victim defend themselves while the manipulator is masking their own manipulation techniques. This shifts the focus on the victim, not the accuser. It can also make the victim feel guilty of their actions, constantly apologize, and try to redeem themselves, which typically is an after effect of being manipulated.
He doesn’t officially apologize to the victims here, and even bends and leaves out facts within the truth by being vague in an anti-harassment post. Not telling the entire story is also a common manipulation technique to put their victims at a disadvantage.
2. He constantly minimizes the damage of his actions, plays victim, and completely dehumanizes those who criticize him.
You can see this in action through the prior mentioned Art Theft post; Let me focus on the end part.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/5b32a42a8379f107f1a87d80562a0076/tumblr_inline_p2zj0nU6iy1v88dkm_540.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/9cec25c858132e945bc697d282cb6388/tumblr_inline_p2zj0nePrD1v88dkm_540.jpg)
He states that his actions are “not a big deal” “a trivial matter”, and a “non-issue”. Saying this three times (which is unnecessary) by itself is suspicious, but the act itself is called minimalism, to which they make their actions not as much of an issue as they really should be.
He also continues to state that those who criticize him’s mission is to “characterize everything he does as an evil, immoral act”, that we would “crucify” him, that those who questioned him were being “irrational”.
He plays the victim, saying that critics and anti-devs are hellbound to make him miserable. Saying that “they’re just starting drama for no reason”. That those who question him are “convincing themselves that everything I do is an unforgivable, evil crime.”
The vocabulary used here is purposely exaggerated in order to characterize critics and anti-devs as absolute monsters. Words are powerful, and those words can change someone’s view 180° depending on how they are described. This isn’t any new technique, either: books you read do this, articles attempting to sway arguments will do this; it’s a simple way to make the mind feel a certain emotion.
The fact this is at the end of a post on the art theft situation shows he is not only unexpectedly changing topic (another common manipulation technique to confuse the victim), but he’s also shifting the problem away from him and onto critics/anti-devs, putting blame on them while at the same time making himself the victim.
3. He flatters and rewards those who follow him while punishing those who don’t: This can be referred to as human conditioning.
Remember how Dev constantly shamed us for sending him emails? Well, this was our punishment: nagging us about our actions, and offering reward for obeying him by promising the game’s development to go twice as fast.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/0bba4f8f0910d2849253fb6b92278332/tumblr_inline_p2zqi3qI5N1v88dkm_540.jpg)
This is just one of many times where he used this technique, practically saying at times that as long as you obey, you won’t have any trouble with him.
I would go into further detail and make more specifications, but that would make this post way longer than it needs to be: I’m going to leave it here, and also provide a link to the wiki for Psychological Manipulation, which has a list of manipulation techniques.
Conclusion:
Alex Mahan wants you to believe he is innocent and always in the right. You probably have already stated that his actions are moral, and have defended him countless times, and that is exactly what he wants.
If this has not gotten through to you, you may be in denial of my words. If it does, you will be upset and angry. Both of these reactions are part of the 5 stages of Grief, to which a victim either doubts themself or others’ words, as well as become angry when they finally realize they have been wronged.
I went through the same thing, and I denied constantly anything that hurt my manipulator; the same I expect to happen here. Once I found out I was being manipulated, it hurt and angered me. I denied it at first, saying “there must be a reason why they’re doing this”, and, after it finally clicked, all I wanted to see was them getting the karma they deserved… but none-the-less: I know you all must be upset at me or Dev, whoever you think is wrong or right, but please consider every detail.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/9b1e038ee87203451a85e7e34cfe8c4d/tumblr_inline_p2zpmoKqBa1v88dkm_540.jpg)
This is exactly what he wants.

is this a joke blog or do you genuinely hate dev? if so, why?
This should be enough, but there’s loads more reasons. The fact that he basically told his fanbase to harass someone in the critical community is another big one.

[Signal Boost] Please Read Before Supporting "Yandere Simulator"!
CW: Sexual Harassment, Child Abuse, Racism, LGBTQIA+ Phobia, Pedophilia, R*pe Mention, GG, and a shit ton of other things.
Before I get the ball rolling on this submission, I want emphasize that this isn’t a critique of Yandere Simulator as a game. YanSim is still just a debug build, and although I do have quite a lot to say about it, I feel like those thoughts should be reserved for its own post.
This post (or rather- this submission) is going to focus (mostly) on Yandere Simulator's developer: EvaXephon, aka Alex Mahan. Most people know him simply as "Yandere Dev.“
The Short Version of This Post: Remember how ”Hatred“ was a horrible game created by horrible people? That’s basically what’s happening, but more anime.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s not like I actually know this EvaXephon dude irl. I’m just some rando’ on The Internet™ who’s been following the development of a silly meme-generating animu game. Heck,I've definitely made mistakes in the past, and I’m sure a quick google search would reveal some cringe-worthy, if not down-right offensive things I’ve said/done myself (especially from posts I’ve made over 5 years ago).
However, Yandere Dev is a person who’s been raising quite a few…red flags for me. The weirdly predacious, and potentially dangerous kind of red flags. At first I chalked it up to him just being a total weeb. But the more I learned about Alex, the more it started to feel like any talented young person could actually be in danger (either physically or emotionally) if they decided to offer their time and energy towards helping this person create their “vision”.
Basically, I just want fans to know what kind of person they’re getting involved with should they decide to offer Yandere Dev free volunteer work (or monetary donations).
Here’s a list of things that Yandere Dev has said & done; some of which are actually quite recent:
Lesbophobic & transphobic slurs.
Defending pedophilia as just another sexual orientation. Although he would personally “execute” anyone for committing such a crime, he doesn’t seem to understand that grown men preying on under aged (or barely legal) girls isn’t so much about sexual orientation (or even the law!) but more about gross power imbalances and sexual abuse.
Sexual harassment is a core game mechanic that he won’t ever change for anyone, ever.
One of his sponsors uses a black sun as a way to represent themselves, and that sponsor in particular shows signs of being a white supremacist, if not an actual freaking Nazi. (Though honestly, there isn’t much of a difference??)
When criticized for his “ebola-chan” easter egg, this was his response.
(NSFW) Not only has he said that an lgbt character would be a ‘win for the SJW’s’, he’s also made fun of r*pe victims and seems to be pro-GG.
He’s written all of these gaming articles on Examiner. The thumbnails seem NSFW.
His rape fics are still readily available.
Baiting his chat room with a racially charged question and expecting a very racist answer.
Also:
Here’s a callout post by someone who used to do volunteer work for him.
From what I can tell, he seems to think that he can continue to get professional-quality work without commissioning or hiring a single artist Just So Long as he’s able to find gullible volunteers who are willing to work with him for free.
Speaking of free stuff, he’s also stolen un-credited assets from Miku Miku Dance & a hentai game called 3D Custom Girl. Even though I’m rather annoyed by this, it genuinely feels like small potatoes to me, especially when stacked up against all this other heinous shit.
Well, that, and he comes off as one of those right-wing, misogynistic, EdgeLord reactionary type of dudes. Y'know, the ones without a single ounce of self-awareness? The kind that prattle on and on about “The Es Jay Double-You’s”? But I mean I guess that’s pretty obvious, huh?
I know in my heart of hearts that Yandere Dev is going to find some way to spin this around so that he looks like The Real Victim Here. I also know that he will not apologize for any of this, not even the stuff he’s written a long time ago.
If you’re a fan of Yandere Simulator, you aren’t automatically a bad person. I get that the game does have its appeal. Some of you may even use the game as a way to cope with violent, intrusive thoughts. I’ve also seen some really diverse head-cannons, which is actually pretty awesome! But you are not obligated to defend Yandere Dev when he’s a grown man who won’t even take responsibility for his own actions!!
You deserve a developer who actually holds themselves accountable, and owns up to their awful behavior. You deserve a developer who treats his fans like actual human beings, no matter what their race, gender, sex, orientation, etc.
Please feel free to reblog with additional comments, also any kind of signal boost would be most appreciated.
