"it's the wisps -- damn them. it was annoying but BEARABLE when they were just messing with my things, but now it seems they've gone and become everyone's problem." hand lifted, forefinger and thumb moving to pinch the bridge of her nose as she exhaled. just yesterday, she found half of her notes for a missing persons case with the caretaker. "but tell me -- are you here just to make sure that i'm staying on task? i wish i WASN'T. maybe then i could get some shut eye."

there was a tut under her breath as neve shook her head, moving her focus to place some healing magic into his cut. it was deeper than she'd like to be working with, but neve would MANAGE. "i should get in contact with lucanis' negotiator. maker knows i'm not getting paid enough for THIS," she teased with the smallest of smiles before eyes washed over the inquisitor for any more injuries.
