We had this exercise for an office workshop to draw the kind of house we would see upon arriving in a new planet. I attempted to draw a Buckminster Fuller geodesic dome - truly a home for the future. I’m no illustrator, but I kinda liked what I did. . . . #buckminsterfuller #geodesicdome #officeworkshop https://www.instagram.com/p/CKD3qV8HVHW/?igshid=onahavfumzyv

The journey from thinking, “Who is this upstart?!” to one of my favorites (maybe THE favorite?) creative individuals in theatre, cinema and television has been rewarding and a gift. I’ve seen them all (except for the last two), and will keep watching. Thank you, Kenstar!
Happy 60th Birthday, Kenneth Branagh! (b. December 10 1960)

I caved in. This wasn’t the first Funko Pop I bought, but it’s the first to arrive and land in my hands. It’s Stewart Copeland y’all! He was the best member of the Police and you all can go ahead and @ me about it! @stewart_copeland . . . #funkopop #funko #thepolice #stewartcopeland #drummer (at Central, Hong Kong) https://www.instagram.com/p/CGT38kenliS/?igshid=rjydk0l23aar

Sorry, this time I missed many days and it’s already past one social challenge, but I’m determined to complete the 10-day travel challenge that @tinypoem nominated me for. Where we last left: decided to theme these images of a building or structure I’ve had the privilege of enjoying. Day 10 (we made it!): Kentuck Knob, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, located at Chalk Hill, PA (near Pittsburgh) and only a 15-min drive from Fallingwater. The house is still privately owned by Lord Palumbo (yes, it’s a real name) and when he is in residence, the house is not open to the public (and you can’t take photos inside in any case). It’s a family-sized house (around 250 sq m), yet fully holds FLW’s compression/release magic. The house is on a ridge, just opposite is a beautiful valley. . . . #travelchallenge #franklloydwright #franklloydwrighthouse #franklloydwrightarchitecture #flw #pennsylvania #kentuckknob (at Kentuck Knob & Fallingwater) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDWearrnSAN/?igshid=p58761c9brdk

Sorry, I missed a day! I’m still nominated by @tinypoem for the 10-day travel challenge. For the next 10 days, I will post a photo(s) of a building structure I’ve had the privilege of enjoying. Day 09: a courtyard at the Artesa Estate Vineyard & Winery in Napa Valley. The beautiful shadow effect is so photogenic. The winery is actually converted from an actual cave. Organic architecture! Not in shot: my oldest, dearest, loveliest friends in the world: @paulaleynesfelipe @sanditavb @lilyprodi, reunited in this one place. Not since 2015! Ask us about Spam, Brown Sugar, “the gardens” and Anthony Bourdain when you see us! #spkkforever😍 . . . #travelchallenge #winery #napavalley #reunion #childhoodfriends (at Artesa Vineyards & Winery) https://www.instagram.com/p/CC6PRmWHzpA/?igshid=1b0xfr45s3nl1

I’ve been nominated by @tinypoem for the 10-day travel challenge. For the next 10 days, I will post a photo(s) of a building or structure I’ve had the privilege of enjoying. Day 07: the National Gallery of Singapore – the best attraction to visit in the whole country. The galleries are housed in two re-purposed and updated architectural landmarks: the former Supreme Court building (housing a brilliant collection of Southeast Asian art) and the former City Hall (with.an extensive collection of Singaporean art) both initially built in the early 1900s. This first photo is the entrance, positioned at where two buildings meet. Bonus: place of honor for HR Ocampo in the last photo. . . . #travelchallenge #museums #nationalgalleryofsingapore #singapore #art (at National Gallery Singapore) https://www.instagram.com/p/CC1IKy-HUMN/?igshid=azy81p4vddvd

Day 07: the “Tree of Life” by Dominic Galicia (yes, bragging he’s an uncle) at the National Museum of Natural History, in Manila.
