Tampa Student Struck By Vehicle

Tampa – An 18 year old male was struck by a vehicle Thursday Morning.

The student was not identified yet, but reports have told us that the young man was hit as he headed to school this morning.

The accident happened on East Fowler Ave. and Nebraska Ave, the extent of his injuries have not been released.

Wrong Way Driver Charged With DUI

A woman driving on the wrong side of a major Tampa road way caused an accident and was later charged with a DUI.

45 Year old Darla Bektas was driving in the East Bound Lane, but heading west around 10:00 PM last night when she struck another vehicle. Both drivers were treated for minor injuries, and Bektas was later charged with DUI with damage and injury.
