I don’t want to believe in the news about SMAP until there's an official statement, but seeing actual news reports about it on TV and big newspapers makes me so anxious. And Nakai has been acting kind of suspicious on his radio show lately (like talking about how he hates factions, playing songs from Julie’s side and so on), so maybe there’s something going on behind the scenes...

I need SMAP in my life. I need their music and I need my weekly dose of SMAPxSMAP. Up until now I’ve been mainly active in the Arashi fandom, but I’m actually more of a SMAP fan since last year. My favorite member is Goro, and he’s not that active when it comes to variety shows. SxS was one of the few ways for Goro fans to watch him every week...

I know that they’ve been doing this for a very long time already, and that they can’t be idols forever, but I really, really want them to stay together...

[Tutorial #02] Point system on Clubbox

  What you need to know:

Clubbox is a peer-to-peer software, so the download speed depends on file popularity.

Download speed also depends on your location and your usual download speed.

Clubbox is known for its ridicilously slow download speed because it provides download service at a maximum speed of 50KB/sec. There's a way to speed up your download speed via POINT. You need to be very patient though. People that use Clubbox on a regular basis probably know about this, but I'm sharing this tuturial for people that are new to Clubbox.

Clubbox works with points. You get 10 points when you leave the software open for 1 hour. (you need to be logged in). So all you have to do is wait.

In short: You wait -> you reach a certain amount of points -> You exchange your points with a coupon -> you spend your coupon within a limited period

When you reach 1000 points, you can take a coupon worth 1GB. You have to spend your coupon within 3 days

-> 1000 points = 1GB (3 days) -> 3000 points = 5GB (7 days) -> 5000 points = 10GB (10 days) -> 10000 points = 25GB (20 days)

Note: As I've said before, download speed depends on your location and your usual download speed. I suggest you to get a 1GB coupon first to test the highest speed you can reach. 

How to get coupons:

Step 1. Open the Clubbox software Step 2. Log in.

Step 3. After logging in, click on the 4th button: That's where you can see how many points you have.

Step 4. If you collected the amount of points you wanted to, click on the button on the previous pic or go to: http://point.clubbox.co.kr/Mileage/MileageExchgSvcCouponList.asp

Step 5. Select the coupon you want by clicking on the grey box.

How to use coupons:

There's a option called "Quick download". When you're using that option, you're actually spending your points/coupon. 

Step 1: Select a file and open it on the Clubbox software.

Step 2: Click on the orange arrow instead of the grey one:

You will see that it will download the files faster than usual. It will look like this: 

I live in Belgium and I have a VDSL2 modem. As you can see, the download speed is 1047KB/s. My record is 3000KB/s.

Note: When download is stuck at 0%, it means that the file has no seeders anymore, so it's useless to use coupons.
