He watched as even after he arrived, slayers were still filing in. A small scowl grew over the corners of his lips, but he said nothing. He listened to what few words any of them said; the nothing that was reported from them. A part of him wondered- would they all lose? In the face of the demons… would this be the end?

He pushed the thoughts to the back of his mind- Kukan-te. That was a name that was familiar to him, but why, he wasn't sure.

Eyes scanned the meeting once again, reminded to look for those who had been at the frontlines of the last meeting, to atone for sins and whatelse, now only slayers answering for crimes.

"I only see a few of the Sentan- and now, only two of the Orokana. And who else?" his eyes narrowed. "Why are there some missing? Mtoto has spoke for his own, but Sentan…?" he shook his head, hair falling from its half up bind.

"Where are those who are missing? Is there something to be stated that I haven't heard, yet? Why must I request twice?" it was true he'd been given a message- but the details of such he needed to hear in person. At this, it was suddenly becoming clearer, now- why that name sounded so.. familiar.

This wasn't good.

"Come now- share with the rest of the corp what happened during one of your missions, Sentan." and then, he shot a glance towards Orokana. Things were about to connect, and he wasn't happy about it. Andromeda Lore DND 5e Homebrew Roleplay Our world is dying.

Growing more grey by the day, the soil drying, everything simply… breaking. Or something.

Long ago Andromeda was split into multiple different continents under different rulers. Among them, was a small island known as Asteria. Asteria had access to a little red stone, known as the Sorcerer’s Stone.

It was with this little red stone, that they found power- a little, and then more. Over time they become not just one island, but a few. Then a large continent, and then the one next to it as well. Over many wars they fought, and many lands they won, and so it came that they were all overtaken by the Asterians.

But because of their brute force, their use of this little red stone, they had done irreparable damage to Andromeda. In the realization of this, our people went to war yet again- a civil war, fighting for what would be done about it. How to use the stone to undo the damage. In the midst, the stone was lost. To where, nobody knows.

The moment it was learned that nobody knew where, all battle ceased. Without the stone, nobody was willing to do large scale damage.. but the tension and worry remained. With the stone, you could solve any problem, if you connected things the right way.

Without it, everyone would continue down the path it was set on. Towards the end of the world.

And that was the moment that somehow, subconsciously, everyone on Andromeda was given the hope to either find the sorcerer’s stone- for whatever reasons they found fit- or to make the most of the world dying underfoot.

Internal Conflict

In Andromeda, there is the will of the people. The desire for change, for the betterment of the world, for chaos.

Not everyone agrees, but everyone’s’ opinions seem to matter. What you believe changes how those in your environment treat you- affects which town you choose to live in. Where you decide to thrive. If you can thrive.

Factions in this period of a split world seem to increase rapidly, for varying purposes and intent.

𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 extrêmement simple et personnalisable, le format 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐄 a de nombreux avantages comme la possibilité d'écrire autant que possible dans les catégories dédiées sur le modèle ⎯⎯⎯ une véritable révolution pour les grands bavards que vous pouvez être. seul inconvénient : les plus esthétiques d'entre nous pourrons trouver une certaine frustration dans les limites de personnalisation du format 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐄 puisqu'il est très difficile de manier le déplacement des images en dehors des tableaux. contrairement aux apparences, ce modèle est relativement personnalisable, à condition d'avoir quelques skills (minimes) pour placer son personnage là où se trouve tamino sur les images ci-dessus. des solutions s'offrent à vous : ➪ vos bases en graphisme vous octroient la possibilité de passer par l'intermédiaire d'une plateforme comme photoshop, etc. dans ce cas là, il devrait être simple comme bonjour de détourer votre OC pour le placer sur 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐍. ➪ comme moi (salut), vous n'avez aucune connaissance en graphisme. néophyte de niveau 1, le choix de la facilité nous a été donné grâce à l'évolution des technologies et notamment des I.A. qui nous permettent de détourer en un clin d'œil un objet dans une image. pratique, n'est-ce pas ? il est néanmoins très utile pour les débutants en matière de gdocs puisqu'il se focalise d'avantage sur le côté pratique de l'application plutôt que sur son côté créatif. quoiqu'il est toujours possible de faire preuve de personnalité avec 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐍 si l'on est suffisamment imaginatif...

note de stavroguine : j'ai rajouté sur ce 𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 de nombreuses catégories pour ceux et celles qui souhaiteraient enrichir leur fiche. cela passe évidemment par la présence d'un registre de liens, d'une trivia et d'un moodboard, mais également d'une icône musicale personnalisable qui amène à un lien spotify, youtube, etc.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬 Demon Slayer Taisho Era Lore

Long ago over the horizon, it is stated that there was the birth of the 'Original Sin'. This Original Sin bore blood of inhuman strength and immortality, and he sought with a type of feeling- vengeance? Spite? Malice? Pure sadism?- to share his rotted heart with the world. At least, that's what we say.

But what we don't know? The Original Sin was once a young girl of the Imperial family. Not the next heir, but one of the later born daughters, naive and optimistic- a beauty, even, with many suitors and even more admirers. Her life was one with hope, her future bright. In her earliest of years, she was ever so slightly sickly- not a cause for huge concern, but due to her birth, she was given all of it. Tended to night and day, and seen to by her parents more than perhaps any child in the family recently, she was given more attention than any of her siblings- and thus began the unsightly treatment they had given her. Day after day, bullying became worse- at first it was but a bug in her hair, but not long after, it was rocks thrown. Body pushed over ledges. Being beaten, being left in alleys only to succumb to whatever happens in the dark when you're alone.. whatever her guards who- prone to losing their jobs when her own blood had lured her away- could not protect her from. The Original Sin had, by the time she was fourteen, seen and experienced unsightly horrors the world had to offer simply because of the jealousy of her siblings, who were always plotting new ways to give her new nicks. By then, she was broken. By age seventeen, she was angry. By twenty, she was gaunt, cruel, unmarriable, and most of all, alienated by the parents who once swooned over her. She had become a 'problem child'. They knew not why she had ended up this way, only that she had walked herself into numerous troubles, had given them many problems to solve, and in the end, an abhorrent personality to ice the cake. Her actions, while never her own fault, were known to only be of her own actions- and now, she was hardly redeemable in appearance or attitude.

Now a true burden to the family, not just hoped by her siblings but in execution, she was little more than acknowledged- and never lovingly. Nobody knows how it happened, or why- but her body was found at the end of the family's dining hall, skin blue and black. Poisoned. When they came to retrieve her body, it was somehow gone. Nobody knew where she had been taken, or by who-

Little did they know, she had walked herself right out that door, with many abilities- one of which being able to create more of whatever she had become.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭

After trial and tribulation of many humans suffering at the hands of demons, it was decided action must be taken. A family by the name of Zenchi began the Slayer Corp with the intents of learning the secrets of the demons, stopping them altogether, and protecting humans from their path of havoc.

The Zenchi family has always been known for their incredible intelligence, foresight, and guidance. This has translated well into their role as head of the Demon Corp. Their presence is known to have a calming effect on the humans they meet- making them feel seen, heard, and respected. It is unlikely for anyone below the rank of Hashira to meet the current head of the Corp, as there is always need for them to be well defended due to their importance.

Up until now, the Demon Slayers' efforts have been admirable, but there has been no progress made on learning the demon's secrets or how to put an end to it all for good. As the demons seem to be growing in population and more suspicious activity is on the rise, it is imperative that the Corp puts their best foot forward to make a change.

It is suggested to try to find written language for clues, utilize the longest lasting swords for dependability, and the best medicines to keep your energy and morale high. To put a stop to the demons is to learn their motivations, their origins, and their weaknesses.

There's evidence that the demons in Japan are currently working to manipulate and gain information from the slayer corp; the motive is unknown. Worse, is that there has been tensions growing between the government and the corp- rumors that the government is brewing something and needs to snuff out any slayers unaffiliated with their official power. It is believed that this tension- and need for the slayers to be cautious - has to do with news that demons have been spotted on western fronts, though the western fronts have not yet recognized them as demons, and instead as deliberate attacks from Japan- and now tension and rumors of war are brewing. Be careful.. and do remain vigilant.
