So Clancy is actually Tyler and he’s like trying to overcome the influence of the bishops but he also lowkey misses Dema because it’s easy and consistent and he doesn’t want to have to make all of these decisions on his own, right? The dark version is blurry face and his eyes are red because he’s under the control of the bishops, but he’s also Nico who is the head of the bishops. They do all of this using antlers they harvest from these little guys named Ned���s. All of this is of course a thinly veiled allegory for organized religion.
