what if after neil's death, todd was looking through neil's desk in their dorm to get something of neil's before mr perry arrives and takes it all away and while he was looking, he came across a wrapped present with his name scrawled on it along with a folded piece of paper. he opens the present and it's a book of poetry, he turns to the first page and he sees a note written on the inside,

'Todd, I found this book and thought you might like it. You're an amazing poet and I hope this gives you some inspiration (make sure to remember this when you're famous and have published your poetry) Merry Christmas.
