Colton Haab should be a name we all remember above the Florida high school shooter. That’s because he helped protect his classmates during the shooting and is speaking out about arming teachers to stop future incidents.

A former student of Columbine High School who was present at the 1999 massacre is now the house minority leader in Colorado and has introduced legislation to help prevent future school shootings like the most recent in Parkland, Florida. State lawmaker Patrick Neville (R) wants K-12 teachers to be armed and he has pushed for this for the last four years. The Washington Times reports:

According to one Parkland high school student, the media is shamefully using the deadly tragedy which killed 17 to push gun control, instead of focusing on the students victimized by the murderous rampage.

'By the people, for the people?' Not so much. The mainstream media has no desire to report information; rather, they strive to construct a narrative which condemns the Right and hails the Left. Therefore, the notion of making the GOP-authored memo detailing abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act on the part of the FBI is, according to leftists in the media, unacceptable.

MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski abruptly ended a Morning Joe segment early after she could no longer take the lies of disgraced Fire and Fury author Michael Wolff. Brzezinski and her panel were unsuccessful in getting Wolff to admit he slandered U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley with implications from his book that she is sleeping with President Trump. The Daily Caller tabulated that Trump only referred to himself with that term a scant 29 times in the 80-minute speech. Instead, he preferred talking with the constitutional “we,” saying that 129 times. He also used “our” 104 times. Here is an example:

Some millennials are totally digging communism and according to British historian Orlando Figes, they’re developing a taste for the leftist system in the university. Figes said the “moral equivalence” style of teaching, in which Joseph Stalin’s crimes are minimized to favor his economic gains, are giving students a positive outlook on communism. “That sort of moral equivalence is unhelpful, because even the ‘good’ things he did were done with such rates of murder and destruction that they can't be counted as good,” argued Figes.
