for anyone hating on echo..

first of all, echo is an amazing character. she’s one of the people on the show that really had a massive change of heart and mindset. from a fierce loyal azgeda spy to an equally fierce and loyal spacekru. i feel like some people haven’t really given her a chance to prove that she is indeed different from the person she was before. they’ve all been through shit and done horrible things but i don’t understand why echo’s situation seems to be more unforgivable.

also, don’t hate on echo just cause she’s with bellamy. i swear some people are just so fucking shallow. bellamy clearly loves echo and is even willing to go through the ends of earth to be with her. they have mutual respect and understanding for each other. y'all have to realize that they had an actual growth as characters and lovers and though we didn’t see the behind the scenes as to how it developed, we see the love they have for each other with the way they lock gazes. bellamy defended her with all that he has and refuses to follow octavia if it meant that he would lose echo. i am seriously sick of some blarke shippers who literally insult echo’s character to the extent where it’s really too much. like bellamy said, they all did things for their people and echo isn’t different from any of them. what the fuck is hard to realize about that? i know we all have different ships that we like and i respect that but i’m seriously sad about the hate i keep seeing all over the place. it may not be what you like but that does not give you a right to be disrespectful.
