Day 4: Baby Turtles!

I swear I'm still trying to do all the TMayNT prompts 😖 I'm just hella slow. This is gonna be my October challenge fr

Seeing that Splinter fed pizza that he found to the tots, I have a personal headcanon that every once in a while, he's able to put together a proper meal and he'll try to teach them how to use chopsticks. It's a rite every Asian family goes through lol and I'd think he'd want them to know since Master Yoshi ate with it :,)

Attached are like my general thoughts on the order and why they'd learn it (other than to impressed Splinter lol) I'd love to know if anyone has any thoughts on this :D

Day 3: Fav henchman

Hun(thinking): What is bro yappin' about?

Honorable mentions to many other henchman in 2003 because that show just knew how to write the villians. I specifically love the main four under Shredder (Hun, Baxter, Karai, Chaplin) because they can be seen as parallels to the turtles if they were under an evil master and never got to have a good relationship with each other.

(God this show is so nuanced I could do rants about it tbh)

Karai is saved for another day and Chaplin needed more screentime tbh so that leaves Hun and Baxter for the spotlight :D

Hun is just a powerhouse and I would feel dread for the turtles whenever he would show up. I have mad respect for Baxter Stockman never losing his arrogance no matter what he went through. And boi did he go though a lot. I'm glad he got a redemption at the end :,)

Day 2: Fav April

Uh-oh April is coming after you- Watch out! WATCH OUT!!!

My fav Aprils are from 2003 and Rise! It warms my heart that no matter how much shenanigans or trouble the turtles give them, they’ll help and toughen it out together. Like family :)

They’re each also a powerhouse in their own way😤 I love 2003 April using the spear in April’s Artifact and Rise April’s bat is just iconic.

Day 1: Fav Turtle

My absolute first fav turtle has been Leo from tmnt 2003! I actually have many favs and I wish I included multiple like other people did smh But here's the first to many! (Hopefully~)

I finished this weeks ago and I forgot to upload it smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ This is like a poster of an animatic that I’ll do of rk900 trying to become deviant using the song bury a friend. I remember there was a thread when the song came out that it reminded them of Gavin. But when I heard it, I felt it fit rk900 perfectly and now that idea has a vice grip on my brain and refuses to let go. So I’ll probably be trying to work on that and I’ll post little updates on it. Rip Connor poor baby boi that’s gonna have to go through this. 😔

Finally I finished the sticker commission! 😭 I was kinda losing energy by the fourth sticker so I’m glad they all still came out well in the end. Using photo paper instead really worked well so I think I’ll be using it now.

Another character sheet for my spidersona, Juniper! 

After seeing spiderverse a second time, it has held me at gunpoint. 

Here’s how she looks like without the suit. Everyone else has preen, pristine, gorgeous humans while mine just dons eyebags 24/7. She works at her mom’s workshop since her mom is a technician too. 

I’m working on drawing out her gadgets and maybe even a comic on her backstory.

Happy Holidays everyone! 

I’ve been busy with my close group of friends to do a Secret Santa. I drew fanart of the manga Akumetsu for my friend. He got hooked on it when I recommended it to him. 

I tried to draw in a manga style and I’m so glad it turned out really good! I highly recommend this manga. It’s one of the best mangas I’ve ever read. Too bad it has a small fan base because it deserves more traction.

Here’s Tsuyu again! 

I’ve been looking at my previous work and are redrawing them to make into stickers. I decided to redraw Tsuyu with the tadpole and sort of make a wallpaper while I was at it.

Wallpaper done! It was pretty hard drawing on a small scale. It doesn’t really look good up close... There’s a squid version of squiggly cause I accidentally said squidly, and that wonderful idea popped up. As one of my friends said: SHE THIGG, SHE INK, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, SHE SQUID.

I’ve been busy making two wallpapers for my sister’s birthday. Here’s one of them! She plays skullgirls all the time and her favorite is Squigly. The next one will be cute with chibis everywhere.

Day 10: Flowing. 

“There was a flowing bubble in my dream. I shouldn’t have touched it, but I did.”

 Here’s a scene re draw from Bee and Puppycat! I love the aesthetic vibes from the cartoon and I can’t wait for the new episodes coming next year. Here’s to celebrate it coming.
