i got too comfortable. i let previous interviews give me a false sense of security. thinking back on the interview with oliver where he states something like;

“we wanna tell a queer love story here, but we don’t wanna do it in this heavy, traumatic way, where being queer is the issue— it’s gonna have issues, but hopefully not surrounding the queerness.”

so that was a fucking lie. the queerness did play a role in breaking them up. the issue is that this newly bi guy need to explore, despite knowing what he wants. it is giving “you are bi and confused” and that’s what i have a problem with! stop assuming bi people are confused! buck was certain. he knew he wanted a future with tommy. he knew.
