AU concept idea of mine: Fleetway comes out when the chaos emeralds become unstable. The idea here is: this Fleetway is just a manifestation of Sonic’s inner-child that was never enabled to come out because of the responsibilities placed upon his shoulders. Basically, Fleetway just wants to play (think the Collector from TOH) and have fun. Sadly, his idea of fun is a little…well, chaotic. Of course, Sonic’s friends don’t know this yet and are just concerned about the out-of-control chaos Sonic wreaking havoc. Personality-wise, he acts a bit deranged and insanely hyper. He likes explosions 😃
