what is mobility & how is it different from flexibility?
mobility is the ability of the joints to move through their full range of motion, while flexibility is the ability of the muscles to temporarily stretch.
why do mobility training?
there are many different benefits of mobility training, including:
increased flexibility
reduced risk of injury
improving joint & muscle health
improving range of motion
improving posture
gaining muscle strength
balance & stability
reducing pain & stiffness in the body
when should i start?
now! there’s a common misconception that you shouldn’t need mobility training until you are in your later years and your mobility starts to decline, but mobility training is useful no matter your age. in fact, the sooner you start, the less mobility & joint problems you will experience as you age.
how often should i train mobility?
mobility training is safe and beneficial to do daily, but ideally, you should try to train mobility at least 5 times per week for at least 5-10 minutes each time.

Today was a "rest day" in the Chloe's challenge schedule, so i did some push-ups from a windowsill cuz i'm not strong enough yet to do even knee push-ups with proper form. I did 10 in the morning and then 9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1 in the evening.
Also i jogged in place for 40 min (307 cal) and did some stretching workouts from the screenshot below. It took me 45 min, 196 cal

i keep thinking about the me from 2 years ago. highest weight, emotionally unstable, UGLY (literally the worst haircut of my life), obsessed with food. i’m so embarrassed actually that i ate food at every opportunity. i was never hungry bc i was always eating. 3 meals a day plus a load of junk food snacks (that i thought were healthy) and even dessert every night. i am so. ashamed.
i’m never going to be that girl again. 23 is the year i GLOW UP. i’m getting skinny, acquiring a pleasant personality, finding my style, and absolutely 0% not interested in food (like all the hot girls).
this fall will be my downtown girl, bella swan fall. in my skinny academia era. pinks and white and CLEAN and pretty and dainty and first class degrees and bows and flowers and jellycat. never eating too much, always bordering on not enough, barely eating at all during the day. staying on top of university work. going above and beyond. perfect schedules, perfect routines, perfect body, perfect grades. always motivated, always cute, always tiny.
